Villa was amazing, as we expected! It has everything, what you might need for a family vacation. We used kitchen (which has everything for cooking food at home), grilling space, swimming pool and sunbathing space. Villa has a super cool "Bali vibe" (sometimes you might forget where you are, in Bali or in Rhodes :)) Panagiotis is amazing and hospitable host, who took care of us during the staying (he met us, showed around, treated with local wine and fruits, provided some recommendations for restaurants). He also helped us to find a car for 7 people to travel around the island for a good price.

A fantastic villa with an elegant pool in a well-maintained plot with nice planting. It has plenty of room both inside and out, is private and secluded, and yet just a short stroll to the family-friendly streets of Kolimbia for food, shopping and entertainment. The villa has everything you'd need for a really comfortable stay: from air conditioning to streaming tv. Kolimbia itself makes an excellent base to see Rhodes by car: it's midway between the two main towns of Rodos and Lindos, each a 30-45 minute drive and both a must-see. From the villa, it's a few minutes to walk to the beach, but there are several other beaches in a 10-30 minute drive that are well worth the visit (our favourite was Agathi Beach).

Great locaction directly in the center of Kolymbia. The villa is not directly at the street, so you have some privacy. Restaurants and supermarket could be reached within 2 minutes! :) We spent most of our time at the pool and our host has been incredibly helpful with taxi booking and helping us having a barbecue.

We were 8 people (max) and the guys sleeping on the couch mentioned it wasn‘t super comfortable.

Within the first few days our children referred to the villa as home. Panos and his family really have done such a wonderful job making us feel that this wasn't another half-term holiday by the sea. We travelled with 2 other families- each staying in our own villa. Having spent a fortnight here we were able to familiarise ourselves with the area. It was clear early on that our villa was the top pick. The location was central but tucked away; we had the feeling we had our own secret garden. We rarely needed to use our car and both beaches were within a short walk, as were the bars and restaurants. The villa is decorated in a tasteful yet practical way. It's clear that thought was taken into ensuring the villa is a living space and not just merely for taking photos. We spent many evenings outside eating dinner or by the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and our boys loved having Netflix. Panos and his family were always around to offer help and advice. It was great sharing a glass of wine and getting to meet people in the area. We're certainly coming back to this magical place.

The villa is amazing. It is decorated in a very nice style and very clean. Everything you need is available. The owners are so kind, they make sure that you have everything you need. You can also ask them for nice tips and activities!

Everything is great :)

Everything from beginning to end was second to none. The Village is very cosy, clean and comfortable for a family. We were 6 with 2 children and was nice to spend time there in the swimming pool and the puffs. The host is so helpful and friendly, all the time making sure you have a nice stay and recommending best places to visit. The area is excellent. There are 2 beaches at walking distance and if you take the car at 5’ you have one of the best beaches in the island called Tsanbika, very long with white sand, clear water and many water sports. You are also close to Rhodes and Lindos by car (30-40’driving) We will definitely go back!
