Room size was really big and the above all in this category, cooperative staff , nice restaurant with good food. Overall a perfect & memorable stay with the family.

Actually nothing I should complain about.

Lemon tree is my family's favorite. Bhubaneshwar stay wasnt in my itinerary, however, when we were very tired and didnt want to travel long distance to Chilika, we decided to stay put in Bhubaneshwar for the night. Lemon Tree was the first most preferred choice (having stayed at Jaipur and Ahmedabad). Its specially loved by my 12 year old niece, she likes the smell she says :). After a tiring day, we enjoyed good sleep in fresh room in mint condition. Loved the food and room service.

Neat and clean! We loved the room — looks almost new. The breakfast at citrus cafe was worth every penny- wide, healthy, and delicious selection. Very prompt and friendly staff. Also well connected to major areas, like the airport.

The room was spacious and very clean. I was staying on the 10th floor and the view i could get from the bay window was brilliant. Sir out made within the bay window was very good.

Room service can be improved. Also the food menu can be elaborated inline with modern cuisine.

All-inclusive was booked, confirmed on booking.com for meals & selected drinks: Hotel cannot give list of the selected drinks and charges for Tea and Soda water. Lunch & Dinner buffet: no highlight, boring taste. Breakfast: no fresh bread / baguette and bacon: would expect this here. Pool: no outdoor lounge group for sitting; only #3 sun loungers

WiFi rarely worked and kept disconnecting. I reported this many, many times and it never improved. I asked for the upcharge for WiFi (really an upcharge?) to be removed from my bill. The staff and manager were not technically competent to understand the problem so the fixes they tried didn't work. I described in detail the problem and suggested a course of action which they either ignored or did not understand. The cost of the room was way too high for the value. I asked for a my receipt to be emailed to me and three weeks later despite multiple requests I received no response, no receipts, nothing.
