We absolutely love this property. Beautifully and comfortably furnished throughout. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. The balcony furniture is comfortable and has beautiful views of the pier and ships over the ocean view. You can park in covered assigned parking. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Laura and Steve are always very accommodating and pleasant. Planning our next stay…

Great place

Our stay in Tybee at this condo was fantastic. It was super clean and perfectly located near everything we wanted to do. It’s just steps from the beach and restaurants and bars. The porch is really large overlooking the ocean and it’s in a perfect spot to people watch. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. We highly recommend staying here.

The condo is great, easy beach access, and great communication with the owner! I highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back.

I hate to even say what a perfect place this is to stay. Only because it will be found and hard to rent next year! Perfect location to beach, shopping and restaurants. I can not give any negative feedback and that is being very truthful. This was first rental and do not know the owner. Check out was super easy. Just place bedding and towels in laundry room and start dish washer. Will definitely be staying next year!

We were 8 women getting together for a girls trip.This place was in the perfect location. We were within walking distance of everything thing we wanted to do. The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable.

Great location, clean condo. Great family vacation-condo was conveniently located, walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We had a great time, Laura and Stephen were great hosts!

Condo was spotless and well appointed and very spacious. Hosts were extremely attentive and responsive to communications before, during and after the visit. Very satisfied with our stay.

We went to Tybee Island to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday. The condo was perfect for the girls trip and had a great ocean view.

The property was as amazing as we remembered from our first visit to Tybee. Although we had to cut this trip short, we really enjoyed the excellent location and accommodations the condo provides. Hosts are excellent and communication was a breeze. We look forward to our next visit.

Will stay here again for some Tybee time….

The Strickland’s were wonderful communicators and hosts for our stay. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend these owners as they were very responsive to our inquiries and gracious. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Ps- we even saw some sea turtles hatch and head to the ocean! What an experience.

Great location and plenty of space. This ended up being exactly what we needed and it was beautiful!

The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated and very spacious. The owners did a great job including anything you might need. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and it was perfect. The location was excellent. They even included perfect weather for our stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was just as described and exceeded our expectations. The condo was very clean and modern. We had all the items needed to get most out of our stay. The location was across the street from the beach with beautiful views. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

We have vacationed on Tybee Island for several years ( sometimes twice a year) and this was the cleanest, well maintained place we have stayed. The pictures does not do it justice. Great location, just wish there was a beach umbrella and the beach chairs were not the greatest. Still a great place! Would definitely rent again!

Great location and condo! Very clean, located in the heart of Tybee. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect spot!

There is no doubt this is a beautiful place in a beautiful location! And up until our second day I had very few complaints. The master bathroom shower is in desperate need of an updated shower head. New washcloth would also be a welcome addition. All in all, nothing bad enough to damper our relaxing oceanfront vacation. We had a second vehicle with us and was instructed to park in the owners parking spot with a paper in the window with our room number and dates of our stay on it. Do that’s what we did. Our second day, my husband found a nasty note under his windshield. It basically stated “owners parking only-read the sign in front of our vehicle, park in your own spot”! I got a picture of the note and a few of our vehicle and sent it to the owner to make sure we were doing what we should have been doing. He assured us it was fine and he’d contact the person in charge of the complex to make sure he knew we were supposed to be there. Feeling better, we went to bed early so we could wake up early to watch the sunrise. Got up at 5:00 a.m. and was sitting in the living room waiting on my coffee. I saw something moving across the floor out of the corner of my eye. It was a cockroach! I got up, took off on flip flop, and killed it in the middle of the master bedrooms doorway. I was beyond freaked out! I quickly snapped a picture of it and sent it to the owner. Telling him I thought they needed to call an exterminator. He said they have it sprayed once a month, but he’d let them know they’re seeing stuff. I couldn’t relax for nothing from that point on. I know cockroaches spread disease and like to hide out. My biggest fear is having one stowaway in our luggage. Then infesting my own home. I strait up asked for some kind of refund (not even a full refund). Simply something to compensate for my new found anxiety on my now not so “relaxing vacation”. He called them a palmetto “bug”. Telling me they’re common in that area. Saying they’re all over the place down there, including all the outdoor restaurants etc. Not a German cockroach. No big deal. Simply irritating was his words. I honestly started feeling I little bit easier about the situation. I had a name for it now, so I could look it up. Yep, it’s a cockroach! Dirty, flying, disease carrying cockroach. I’m finally at my home with everything unpacked and I’m still wondering if I’ve brought any home with us. Worrying about the next group of unsuspecting guest. Very disappointed in every way!

The location and size of property is great!! The shower head in master bath definitely needs to be cleaned, it’s covered in calcium deposit. And the only other thing I would suggest is darkening shades or curtains for bedrooms
