Lovely recently renovated and sparkling clean villa, great pool. Lovely gardens. Lovely tropical fruit on arrival along with bread, milk and juice in the fridge.

Things that were stated as available in the booking.com ad, pre arrival email and email enquiry, were actually not available. Eg tumble dryer, bed linen, pantry staples, rubbish bin liners, teaspoons, coffee plunger, beach chairs.... On request coffee, tea salt/pepper, cooking oil, marmite were promptly supplied. Other things were not. . The owner told us frequently he was very busy and it felt like a nuisance to repeat our requests. The pool had a lot of plant material in the bottom on arrival, this was not cleaned at all during our 10 day stay with 2 young children. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The ants in one bathroom were prolific and we ended up buying spray to deal with these. There were no brochures, maps or guest information. While these were all inconveniences it was disappointing for accommodation at $500 a night and impacted our family holiday.

Prob be careful if tiles get wet after swimming can be slippery

The house had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the house as it was very functional, well equiped and clean. The grounds were amazing, lots of space for our kids to explore. The pool was the highlight and the little playground was great too. The outdoor living area is fab. We found ourselves getting food from local places and coming back to the house to eat as it was very relaxing, especially with a toddler. Also, the beds were really comfortable and the temperature of the house was perfect with the fans on. The hosts were also lovely and very accommodating.

Lovely location, very accomidating, nice pool and perfect for your own home away from home feeling. Owners were great also.

Subjective to personal preference,but i found the beds were not as comfortable.

Location was excellent, house was ready for us and hiring a car with them was excellent service too. Pool was fab and clean. Bedding was excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Laundry was easy to use and loved the matching pegs!

Couldn't fault it really

Fantastic 3 bedded villa, owners Jaret and Amber are welcoming and treat you more like family members than guests.(we stopped in Villa Marino) Excellent customer service, we have stopped here before and it is a magical place to stop . They have kayaks and shared pool. A hop to the beach ,about 10 minutes walk to resteraunts and cafes and 15 to 20 mins walk to lagoon tours . These guys also have a car rental business as well. Go CookIslands car rentals .

Having to go home

The outdoor area!! Especially the outdoor shower, and the privacy that the exceptionally designed gardening landscape provided. The indoor area was also very spacious.
