The location, near chapel of the holy cross, was close enough to town to be convenient, but out of the traffic. Nice views from the front and back of the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Nothing bad to say about the place.

We spent 4 days/3nights in Sedona. This house was a perfect homebase! We often hiked in the morning, came back for lunch and a break before heading out again. The back patio was quiet and relaxing with majestic views! The house was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed and more. Location was great, close to Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Courthouse Loop and Chapel of the Holy Cross. We loved it here!

Great location and the house was fully stocked. The host was always responsive. A couple of the beds could have been more comfortable but were ok. Overall it was a great experience.

Superb is the only word that comes to mind about this property and our stay here. The location is awesome with the backdrop of beautiful Red Rocks and this property's proximity to downtown and all major hiking trail heads.

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is located just 2-3 minutes South of the central part of Sedona in a quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds but close to everything. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to fix your own meals, and all the bathroom necessities. We especially loved the view from the back patio. We enjoyed relaxing with coffee in the early morning and watching the starts with a glass of wine in the evening. Megan was excellent with communication before, during, and after the visit. We arrived later in the evening than we intended, but the arrival instructions were perfect and easily found our way. Will definitely look to return to this property on our next visit to Sedona!

It was perfect place for the family!

We loved our stay at the house. The backyard was great to relax and enjoy the scenery and the sunset in, and the common spaces were perfect for spending quality time together in. We especially enjoyed playing the selection of games after being out during the day.

Great location within minutes of numerous hikes. The back patio views were better than the pictures. The only complaints were cleanliness in some areas. The counters, floors, and patio furniture were lacking. It was not enough to discourage me from renting here again. Great property.

Very comfortable home with amazing views from front and back. Many thoughtful touches like lotion and sunscreen in the bathrooms, coffee pods in the kitchen, and plenty of towels. Our party of two grown couples greatly enjoyed our stay!

We are fellow VRBO house owners and can say this house checks all the boxes! Very clean and well stocked. Saved a visit to Chapel of the Holy Cross until we were checked into the house. Such a nice walk to it instead of a headache parking.

We just loved our stay in Sedona and this incredible property. The home was beautiful and so close and convenient to all our activities. I was participating in a running race and it was a half mile walk to the start/ finish on Saturday. The house was well stocked with bathroom essentials and kitchen supplies. Having coffee outside in the morning with the view was a little slice of heaven soaking in those Sedona views & vibes. I will be back!

This home is very well appointed. The home was very clean, the view was superb and the home had every possible thing people would need, even sun screen! If you are traveling with small children there is both a pack and play and high chair.

The property was clean, convenient and easy to stay in. Check in process was easy and host was responsive. Kitchen very well stocked. Location was very close to hiking (we walked from the house). Lots of traffic though!

We loved this property and would highly recommend it to anyone in Sedona! It’s exactly as pictured and the landscape is beautiful. The stars were magnificent to behold. We only wish it were warmer, so we could have sat outside!

We absolutely loved staying in this cozy and charming home with beautiful views of Sedona while celebrating Thanksgiving! Communication with the property manager was excellent and the neighbors were very friendly. The furniture was extremely comfortable as well. Hope to return in the near future!

The back yard view of the red rocks was spectacular especially late afternoon in the golden hour! The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped (except they don’t have kitchen towels and you need to use paper towels- no big deal once you know). Short drive into Sedona and more great things to do than we had time for. We’d love to go back!

Very nice rental. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Very nice views of the red rocks from the back porch, excellent place for breakfast or dinner. Bathrooms were very well stocked with essential items. Easy access to Sedona and Oak Creek Village, shops and restaurants galore. I would highly recommend this home and would stay here on future trips to Sedona.
