Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly generous. The food, it's well prepared in hygienic conditions and it tastes great. Hotel hills Hosur is an excellent choice for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hosur.

Room service & maintenance Mr.prakesh very much disappointed need to improve,

Recently stayed at the luxurious Hotel Hills Hosur for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for. The bathroom was particularly impressive, Staff at the reception Mr. Kiran & Mr. Tamil were very pleasant & helpful. House keeping and other cleanings and Hotel is good, rooms are very spacious.

The food quality is not good, I had order some soup it was so terrible could eat more than a spoonful. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okay. Poor quality service. We had to wait a good 30 minutes before someone noticed us and the restaurant was practically empty at that Time . The food was mediocre too. Never recommending this to anybody. maintenance service is too delay, A/C was not working properly . Especially Night time there is not responding properly from room service. There is no Hospitality service, staff's are not professional except front desk.

Very good hotel with nice ambience. Though it comes under a Luxury Category I would definitely suggest for everyone who wants luxury as their priority along with safety and good food. Snacks and beverages are good and tasty since all the good brands are available in the room.Very nice hotel with good interior and cleanliness. All rooms and dining facilities are well maintained. Complementary breakfast spread and quality is good. What is observed is they won't compromise on quality. Ms.Sashima & Mr.Arup take care me lot

Only I'm disappointed with the room service they always delay with their service. It would be a great effort from the Hotel Management if you could change since we all the guest could be happy

Room service spoiled milk in the cofee. And shower not working properly specially the mixer heat and cold not working
