Absolutely stunning view and very nice host!

Det var en väldigt fräsch och välstädad lägenhet med alla faciliteter man kan behöva. Men det som var absolut viktigast för oss var läget, med den fantastiska utsikten! Vi njöt av varje sekund av solnedgångar och vackert ljus i gryningen. Marco var väldigt gästvänlig och snabb på att svara! Vi bodde här med våra två små barn (1 och 3 år gamla). Trapporna upp kunde ibland vara lite tröttsamma för treåringen, men det var det absolut värt för att få den fantastiska utsikten vi fick högst upp. Extra stort plus för det nära läget till den otroliga och väldigt tillgängliga strandpromenaden och den fina parken med en superbra lekplats. Kan absolut rekommendera det här boendet!

Siamo stati contattati tramite WhatsApp il giorno prima dell'arrivo e abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni chiare su come raggiungere la posizione e dove parcheggiare. Il padrone di casa aveva persino parcheggiato la propria auto per riservarci un posto. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore, ed è arredato con stile. Il soggiorno è spazioso, dotato di aria condizionata e ha un balcone con una splendida vista sul mare. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere e la cucina è completamente attrezzata per quattro persone. L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto e pulito, e la camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno e anche un piccolo balcone. A pochi passi si trova un autentico vecchio porto di pescatori, che ora è utilizzato come spiaggia. Nonostante il nostro arrivo tardivo di venerdì sera, il proprietario è riuscito a riservare un tavolo per quattro persone sulla spiaggia. Il proprietario è stato particolarmente gentile e ci ha chiesto ogni giorno se tutto andava bene. Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi e torneremo sicuramente. @Marco e Alberto, grazie mille per la vostra ospitalità e calorosa accoglienza!

Non c'è aria condizionata nelle camere da letto, ma c'è un ventilatore a soffitto. Siamo stati lì durante un'ondata di caldo che è durata tre settimane, e l'aria condizionata nelle camere da letto potrebbe essere un miglioramento.

We loved the flat. It is in a lovely house and furnished with good taste. It is comfortable for spending the whole day at home if you just want to stay and enjoy the feeling of an authentic italian city life. The view is just spectacular. Evetything you need is just few steps away.

Marco was fantastic and found us via WhatsApp after we’re dropped off by a cab from Genova City Airport. The property is a little tricky to locate from the main road but this was sorted ASAP and it was so lovely to see a kind, helpful and welcoming face after a long journey! The property is upstairs, an apartment in a chic and classic house spilt into individual flats. Once you reach the apartment, the stair climb is worth it when you see the view. It has a very generous sized living area, with a giant sofa and doors leading to the balcony. There balcony was where we enjoy breakfast each morning, really special watching the sea, boats, bright coloured birds and observing fig and lemon trees all at a height! Each room has a fan and kitchen is well equipped for self catering (not that we did much of that! as there is great restaurants close by) The coffee machine / cafeteria was a plus in the morning. The apartment is located nr a small super market, a little bathing beach and then amazing series of rocks to sunbathe / swim from / have a drink at. Watching the sun~set so close to the waves while enjoying an aperol spritz was defo a highlight! We found lots of options for simple lunches and dinners. The shower has great pressure at the end of a day after swimming in the sea. There was also very useful complimentary toiletries for the shower, which was kind. Marco was very responsive on WhatsApp, and was helpful in suggesting areas to visit and restaurants. We also managed to navigate back to airport after the holiday on the local train (station walkable from apartment, cheap and efficient) followed by a simple bus. A little heads up ~ it best to make a reservation in person during the day for the best places for dinner.

The front bedroom is a little noisy at night with unavoidable road traffic, but after shutting the shutter and putting on the silent fan that was soon fixed. We would had loved a hairdryer.

Great views, comfortable, clean and well furnished. Handy for catching trains along the coast and near to lovely seaside walks

The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything you could need. The view was amazing. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We were very happy. The only small flaw was the audible road, but we knew that.

Everything was fine.
