We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Since we took so much stuff to the beach, we drove most days down. Such fun! An evening stroll to the beach for the full moon was easy and nice. Home is roomy and comfortable for lounging around. The pool was fun but not as warm as the ocean—haha! Good for cocktail time!

My husband, myself and our 2 children had a FABULOUS time! The condo was perfect for what we needed! The location was great and we had no issues with noises or other residents. The pooo was pretty warm so not very refreshing but the beach was our primary focus anyways so that wasn’t an issue. The ability to run a dishwasher and do laundry while there was so nice! We had pretty much everything we needed for 3 nights! Absolutely 10/10 recommend staying at this condo!

We had a wonderful time in this comfortable lil condo. The condo had everything we needed aside from our groceries. Management was communicative at all times. We had a wonderful time poolside and beach side. Only complaint, nothing to do with the condo, the restaurant situation. I'm glad we created a menu for our week stay. We tried a few restaurants for lunch and dinner and there just isn't enough help to accommodate visitors on the island. If you don't mind waiting two hours in line then these restaurants are for you. Be smart, create a menu for lunch and dinner and save money. Grills are available at the condo. We can't wait to go back!

Easy stay and great overall

My family enjoyed our stay in Port Aransas. This condo is close to the beach and a very comfortable place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Seamist condos. The property was very clean, had a great parking and the pool was perfect for our 6 year old. William was a great communicator and gave us all the info we needed for check in and check out and also local things! We would definitely stay again!

It was my first and probably last VRBO! We rented Seamist Condo #127 & was miserable for the entire week! First, we THOUGHT it was downstairs which would have been great because of previous knee surgery but when I confirmed w/our host he said it was upstairs but that we would be fine because he too has had surgery on his knee and he could handle it. So basically it fell on deaf ears. We we walked in everything looked amazing! They thought of everything!!!...UNTIL...we sat on the furniture! The couch & chair LOOKED very comfortable but when you sat on it, within 15 min., the cushions lost all Fluff & the wood on the front of the couch laid on the back of your knees & before you knew it your legs would go numb. (Seriously!) ..then, both queen beds were the old spring style mattresses & caved to the center & I won't even mention how loud they were when you moved. We are 50ish yrs old & we hurt SO BAD every morning that we didn't feel like doing anything because we didn't sleep well & just plain felt horrible! It was pointless to complain while staying because it wasn't like he was going to replace the furniture while we were there. I told him all about it when we checked out & was thanked for my feedback & he said he purchased the condos last summer & he tries to correct issues based on feedback. In other words he uses US as his guinea pigs! Why would you purchase a CONDO that you will be renting out and not check for issues BEFORE you rent? This was our 11th yr. Wedding anniversary & we come to Port Aransas 2 times a year. This was single handedly,, the worse EVER! I will NEVER rent from William (host) again!

It was the perfect spot for my child and me to spend the week exploring Port Aransas. Maybe not as fancy looking at first blush as all the new pastel construction going up all over, but a very comfortable and well located place to both hang out in and retreat to at the end of our busier days.

The condo was ok. It has all you need and has more space that what we expected. The communication with the host was good. One of the things we didn't like, we do not understand, and we definitely disagree is: Why if they are charging a good amount for cleaning fee, we have to collect the trash and put it in the container outside; do the laundry (load the washer before leave), do the dishes (load the dishwasher before you leave.) Secondly, they are very strict with the check in and check out time. We were told that do not arrive before 4:00 PM. When we arrived at 4:00 PM the condo was not ready, the cleaning service was still working on the apartment. We were able to get in until 4: 20; we were expecting to have the same treatment at check out and be granted with those 20 minutes, so we can leave at 11:20, but not; they were sending reminders about do not forget to leave at 11:00 and let me know when you left the condo, etc... Finally, the pictures suggested that the condo is right next to the "bridge" to the beach,. but you still have to walk a little to get there.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! It was a quiet spot with very friendly neighbors. We enjoyed walks on the beach including sunrises. The beach is spacious and mostly not crowded except maybe Saturdays. Great restaurants and lots of free fun to be had. We’ll be back. Thanks!

Nicely renovated and clean unit. The check in/check out process was easy. William was an excellent host. I recommend this rental
