Very vibrant neighbourhood. The Rosebank are is great for young working professionals and the security staff were very kind and helpful. The accommodation is spacious, modern and secure. I enjoyed the experience!

The area is not safe to walk in and Ubers are an additional expense if not travelling with a private vehicle. Some of the linen could have been cleaner and the price for a single night was quite steep.

Linen was stained, towels were tooo old and raffling. Bed was screeching and old.

It was really Nice place , the apartment was really great and our host was very responsive and friendly. the location was very good, I really recommend it, ideal.

The only downside the guardians were not very hospitable, they did not help us with our luggages

Friendly staff, room was fantastic, had mostly everything you would need. Close to mall for groceries etc. Brilliant view from balcony. Also very safe and secure.

Excellent power backup avoided discomfort of load shedding. Parking and access were easy. Security was both efficient and welcoming. We felt safe. The Manager of the premises was always responsive whenever we contacted him on WhatsApp. Internet was good. The flat has an air-con that also acts as a heater (great for the winter month). The laundry washing machine is also a dryer (so very practical for winter) and there is a dish-washing machine.

Minor issues: The cleaning lady was a disappointment. She came once a week but never performed her duties correctly, spending too much time on her phone. I did complain to the owners of the flat so I guess future guests will be more fortunate. We had no soap when we arrived but I had brought mine. On the other hand, there was dish washing liquid. One of the two elevators was out of service and going up or down to the 6th floor could require a wait with some maids hogging the elevator without consideration for other users.

When we get in the rooms main bathroom and kitchen floor there were hair on the floor it was cleaned after the first who was there before us . Also the mattress for main bedroom need to be changed too old because we didn't sleep nicely as we were sinking in. In the morning my back was hurting

When we arrived, there was no prepaid electricity, fridge was of for some time, and water on floor. And this after we had to wait a while for check in, because the lady was apparently still "cleaning ". Wifi was more off than on. Very bad wifi. DSTV buffers, can hardly watch a 30 min program, because you'll only get half of it. Towels does not look very clean. Shower gel bottle was empty, and hand lotion was put in shower instead..... Shower leaks, then floor is full of water. It is extremely noisy there. Not sure if it was next to us, or further up. But it sounded like someone was doing renovations at night or moving stuff around, lady screaming, people shouting and talking loud, until 03h20!!

There was no soap in the shower or basin and no towels. I went down to reception and spoke via phone to the owner and he put me in another apartment. This one also had no soap or towels. I again went down to reception to speak with owner who said he would send someone with soap and towels. The security man delivered these to me about 15 mins later. I had no apology from the owner. I was told by reception that these two units were privately owned.

The aesthetics, 100% and it was clean.

The room had a very strong cigarette smell, the beds need an upgrade and there was not a single towel in sight

The main bathroom was dirty. Someone had recently used it and did not flush. The towels were dirty. I figure there was a late check out and it wasn’t cleaned afterwards. It was really disappointing.

The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Had a great location for gold reef and the apartheid museum and close to the mall. All the kitchen supplies were extremely useful. Had an amazing view of the city. No loadshedding. The tv was good with screen mirroring and smart features. Good wifi, And the bed had an electrical heater. Would 100% stay here again.

No dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. And a pan was dirty which isn't such a big deal.

Big issue with noise during the night...hammering sound, metal banging all night at intervals. Could not sleep Bathrooms not to standard....bathroom bin full, no soaps. No courtesy coffee?
