Loved the design, layout and the Staff.

It could have been cleaner but was much better than other places in Thailand.

Zwembad direct aan het terras. Prachtig ruime suite. Bed was goed maar hard.

Great location, great service, clean rooms (except for walls), quiet, good vibes, clean pool, good amount of parking, close to everything you could need, good little gym area and rec areas.

Looks like little bits of interior construction going on but no explanation about it, like random piles of tiles, strong smell of paint and fresh concrete, random handprints on walls, looks like there's been no builders clean, but the actual beds, bathrooms, kitchen etc are all very clean. Just a little explanation would be nice, was a bit scary having kids there with random building equipment laying around.

Very helpful and friendly staff - they have showed me multiple rooms to see if I can accept any of them as there are quite terrible issues with termites in the hotel and is not cleaned properly. I have to leave the hotel the next day as none of the room was within my expectation but the staff was very kind and help suggested a better hotel nearby that would fit my expectation even helped to drive my luggage to the new hotel.

Firstly the cleanliness and pest problems just took the front stage. Then the hotel has a very eerie vibe like it’s in the middle of construction to transfer a prison to a hippy / sporty style hotel. It looks very creepy in the evening. And there are construction and cleaning items everywhere - as you can imagine it’s dusty with shoe prints everywhere. Next, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear so much noise from the neighbours and just within the walls like sounds from old pipes. When the staff was showing me different rooms, there was a guy screaming on top of his lung with echos in the hallway. I didn’t get a good night sleep at all as I was creeped out and felt very uncomfortable from all the factors mentioned above. The hotel manager have spoken to me directly and have proceeded my cancellation swiftly.

The location was very good and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Unfortunately some of the rooms seem to have a problem with termites. But when we noticed after checkin we immediately got an other room without a problem.

Nearly impossible to contact reception before arriving , tried numerous times to let them know of my arrival time but was still no one there when I arrived .

The rooms were cleaned maybe 2/3 times a week. No problem. However. It would be cleaned consecutive days. Then would wait 5 days for the next visit. Kinda odd. Ban people from playing ping-pong wct from a certain time at night... dumb

Termites. This property has a big termite problem. I saw a review referencing this a few months back and assumed it was a one-off that would have been dealt with. When I arrived I noticed holes in the wall and a few flies - I thought nothing of it. However, I noticed more and more popping up over the course of my first week and a few flying termites had even escaped. I then looked in my wardrobe to see termites (which had gnawed their way through) rolling around near my clothes. I brought this to the attention of hotel staff who provided another room. After moving in, I noticed this room had the same issue. I mentioned it to the staff (again!) and they offered me another room on the other side of the hotel because “there are no termites on that side”. This was alarming because it implied that one entire half of the building was infested and also because it showed a lack of concern on the hotel’s part re: dealing with the bigger problem (vs just moving everyone to the other side of the building….) I decided not to move and asked for the matter to be resolved. They brought in “exterminators” who just sprayed the holes with run-of-the-mill insecticide and then painted over the holes. I had to spend 4 weeks listening to termites chipping back through the woodwork. Not only have I been left with bites, but I’m now very sensitive to the sound of termites and the property could not have cared less. Thank GOD I didn’t have small children with me. The property is in a fantastic location and in otherwise good condition, but there are MANY others nearby that won’t keep you awake at night with the sound of insects trying to chew threw the walls to get outside like the termite version of shawshank redemption. Marina House - do better.

The location was great for fitness street, the rooms are very clean and modern and great value for money. I think if you stay longer then it also becomes more cost effective. Highly recommend if you're wanting to stay down fitness street.

Not much to be honest. The pool area only had a few sunbeds but it's not really a big issue at all. The inside is quite dark but it seems like they were doing some work whilst we were there, so it was a little noisy in the day time if you're trying to work.

Staff were attentive

There's no hot water in the hotel. The only way to have a hot shower is to turn the water pressure down to a trickle. The whole place looks like a converted prison, really weird vibe and very dark. Rooms weren't very clean to start with and then they put dirty sheets on the bed. Unless you're here for Muay Thai, location was terrible. You need a car or motorbike to get anywhere. Having stayed in other hotels in Phuket you can definitely get better for the money

rooms were perfect! felt literally like a 4* hotel - unusual for Phuket when usually faced with chalets / dirty bedding bugs. this place was beyond clean - no bugs - very happy here!

lighting in hallways leading to rooms needs to be brighter. (rooms are finished but communal areas of hotel still are being completed and communal areas are very dark - relying on natural light only.)

It is a new building.

Still in construction phase on arrival, noise throughout day and late into evenings. Towels and linen had blood stains on them Can hear next door rooms conversations on the phone, even though they are talking in a normal voise. Restaurant is not opened Have dishes, cutlery and dish rack, in room provided, though no where to clean dishes, or to wash dishes with.
