The Carriage House is as described. Was a great place for my husband, mum, two pugs and I. We hosted two nights for dinner for our family we were visiting. It was a tight fit for the 10 of us but it was very cozy and fun. It had mostly everything we needed but when it didn’t, like a measure of cup, Andrew provided it. The fenced in yard was my favorite. We love in CA in a rural area where we can’t let our dogs out unattended. It was so nice to open the door and let them out. They loved the grass and had so much fun. The bed was comfortable and my mum slept on the futon without issues. I would highly recommend renting this place and we will be making it our spot when we come visit family in the future. The carriage house was just as nice as the photos looked. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was nice as well. Right off of the highway with easy access to grocery, food, fuel, etc. I would definitely recommend this rental to all small parties.

This was the perfect location for us to stay. Big enough for me and my husband and adult son. The kitchen was great for me to prepare for the back-to-back birthday parties at families houses. Hope to come back soon!

What a wonderful experience! A perfect place for our quick getaway. Everything was as described...oh and try the ceiling fans. They are way too cool!

The Carriage House was a great set-up for our family (2 adults and 2 furry friends): close to everything you need when you travel (groceries, cafés, gas stations, restaurants...etc.) very very clean, well kept with extra amenities you don't always find elsewhere, fenced-in small yard which was so nice to have for our dogs when we spent time outside eating or chatting, lots of windows and lights, and my favorite...REAL PLANTS! :) We did not have the pleasure to meet our hosts, but a lovely note and a local bottle of wine to try was left on the dining room table. What a nice and thoughtful gesture! We would definitively recommend The Carriage House if you travel through Great Junction, CO.

The owners have taken pride in furnishing the Carriage House to create a very spacious and welcoming environment. The provided amenities are exceptional and have been thoughtfully selected to please varying needs. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to comfortably relax while attending the Palisade Peach Festival on some very warm days.

We’d been living a vagabond life between selling a home in Denver and buying a new one in Grand Junction. This adorable Carriage House was perfect. We walked in the door and went “oh this is so sweet”! Big sigh of relief and perfect for our needs. The owners went above and beyond in thoughtfully leaving a bottle of wine from a local winery, providing a huge bowl of k-cups which we loved, and providing bottles of water in the fridge. (The tap water wasn’t too tasty). (Thank you owners!). We had everything we needed, and it was super great for our sweet senior pup, with an adorable fenced yard having table and chairs, nice grass and plants around the perimeter. The house is aptly decorated in a clever barn style….see, the the owners live in the barn next door. Small, but has everything you need and then some. A grateful stay.

We loved staying here. Very convenient location to wineries and breweries. We had our dog with us and it was nice that the lawn was right there when you open the door (there was no steps or anything). Our dog is a senior dog so it was easy to let her out. Everything here was thoughtfully done. Having outlets NEXT to the bed was so nice! Just those little things you don't think about that when someone does it, makes things easier. Would recommend and stay here again!

This is a great little rental. Location was ideal for us. It was just myself and my dog the first night, then one of my kids joined me for the rest of my stay. It’s the perfect spot for small, intimate groups to gather.

This was in the perfect location for us. Close to Main St in Grand Junction and the wedding venue we were attending in Palisade. Owners have obviously taken great care in putting the cottage house together and wanting to create a welcoming environment.

The location was great, close to grocery stores, friends and relatives, wineries, dog park and main roads to get places. A small little place, good for two or three people, can entertain a few friends. Cute decor, everything we needed and more. Nice fixtures, great hosts, private yard, and more.
