Excellent location, within a short walking distance to the old city and Nizam street for restaurants and shopping. Good clean rooms . Excellent breakfast spread

Very crowded at breakfast and daily struggle to find seating. There should be some alternate arrangements for large groups so other guests are not inconvenienced

The staff, the location, the facilities, the cleanliness, everything was above par. A big shout out to Mehman, who was super nice. Wish you all the best in Qatar, brother. Also, a big thank you to Kamran, Shomkhq, Alshir, Hassan, Alman, and all those whose names I didn't catch ( sorry if I've spelt any names incorrectly) The room was spacious. The mattress and pillows made you feel like sleeping on the clouds ⛅️. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The decor of the hotel is modern and luxurious. All staff members speak English, which is a big plus.It's truly a home away from home.

Odaları tertemizdi. Mis gibi kokuyordu. Kahvaltı sahil konakladık ve kahvaltısı çok lezizdi. Barında da güzel içkiler mevcuttu. Yatağı çok konforlu odası mükemmeldi. Kısaca otel harikaydı.

I came 5 hours earlier then check-in.They were so helpful and sweet that they gave me a room right away. I also wanted to change my reservation from 9 days to 7 days. The hotel fixed the problem without having to pay fee

Новый, большой отель, все современное и удобное, тихий номер, отличное расположение, завтрак хороший, но не слишком разнообразный.

Были проблемы с предоставлением услуги по стирке вещей, долго не могли забрать вещи, пришлось 4 раза напомнить о том, что надо их забрать, с возвратом была похожая история.

Every thing was perfect Room was neat and clean Loved the staff. They were very warm, friendly and very welcoming Location is very good, a big departmental store is on 1 minute walk, some good food options like papa johns, borani & shaurma N1 at very minimal walking distance We were welcomed by a complementary anniversary cake as it was our anniversary celebration trip If I ever visit Baku again This hotel will be on the top of my list

Breakfast was excellent.Our day became excellent after having such a great breakfast. The small tomatoes, variety of cheese, Fresh Fruits, variety of eggs, all variety of breads. My breakfast was kind of a full meal for the day. I miss my breakfast. One thing which can be added was BUKHLAWA.

Sorry. No such thing.The Corridors were clean, Lifts were super quiet and fast, Reception staff and allied were all very very cooperative. The best thing was the ATM machine to change currency. From the outside Hotel looked like a Palace. All my friends and relatives thought that I was a state guest and staying some big Palace. Everything was great.

Dear All, Yesterday, my friend and I, along with our girlfriends, visited the Courtyard Marriot Hotel to relax after work. We arrived at approximately 6 o'clock, provided our documents, paid the bills, and received our room cards. Since our girlfriends had not arrived yet, we informed the staff to register them upon arrival and send them to our room, to which they agreed. At 8 o'clock, our girlfriends arrived. One of them did not have a physical ID but showed a photo of it on her phone. The staff insisted on a hard copy or required her boyfriend to come and pick her up. I presented my hard copy of the ID, and she provided the soft copy. The registration staff initially agreed to register her, but shortly after, a security guard rudely informed us that soft copies were not allowed. Despite explaining that we had stayed at other Marriot hotels in Baku without such issues, the security head insisted on not allowing us entry. My girlfriend had to go back to her apartment to retrieve her physical ID, after which we were finally allowed in. We went to our room and ordered prosecco and a cheese plate. However, after 30 minutes, only the prosecco was delivered, and the staff rudely claimed we had not ordered the cheese plate. We decided not to reorder and only paid for the prosecco. We had planned to stay at the hotel, have breakfast in the morning, and use the spa. However, an hour later, our neighboring rooms started cooking, causing the entire floor to smell of food. Additionally, the room was not very clean. This experience has left us extremely disappointed with the services and the rude behavior of the staff at Courtyard Marriot in Baku. This must be the most stately and comfortable Courtyard in the world. The building is so stately and grant. Rooms stretch out across the entire building and are very comfortable. At night, the building lights up and looks very grand. It’s in a good location, across a nice park. Rooms are soundproof so you can’t hear the traffic. The walk to Nizami Street and the old town is about 15-20 mins. But Bolt rides are cheap and easily available. Not many good restaurants in the area. But plenty in Nizami and the old town.

The hotel is in a very good location and looks like a palace from the outside. It has many amenities but does not offer a swimming pool. There is a local convenience store just a few yards away which is ideal for everyone especially families with young children. Nizami st is very close too. A lot of the tourist sites are near and you can try local restaurants which are not far.

During summer time the hotel is very busy, breakfast can be a rush as you are waiting around to find a table. The breakfast has a limited menu so you have similar foods each morning. You have to queue up for omelettes and that can take a long time. This hotel does not have a swimming pool which is another problem as young families like to relax by the pool. Sometimes you can come across rude staff particularly during morning breakfast where they have certain rules. Eg you can’t drink around the buffet area, you need to go to your table. I didn’t like that but yeah that’s how they behave.
