We had a great weekend staying at Joe’s property. The house was perfect for my group. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was amazing! The home was clean, they had everything you could need, the wallpaper and decor was amazing, and the rooftop was so fun and had an awesome view of the city! Uber rides were about 5 minutes to downtown and never more than $15 for an Uber XL. There was an amazing farmers market walkable distance with little shops, food, and coffee! I can’t go on more about how fantastic this place was! The ONLY downside is there is a ton of stairs to get from each floor and from the basement to the rooftop but it was worth it!

We had a great time and will stay here again! Great location in a quiet neighborhood 5 mins from all the action downtown, awesome rooftop with view of downtown, great recs and communication from Joe. The house is beautifully decorated with all top of the line amenities, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you could need for a fun weekend.

We stayed at this house for a bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The home is decorated so cute and feels very welcoming. The beds are all comfortable and it offered plenty of sleeping space. The communication with Joe was great. He replied quickly, sent a great list of recommendations and was able to help with anything we needed. We had such a positive experience staying here. The location is also really close to areas we visited like Broadway and the Gulch area. I’d highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Nashville!

We were obsessed with all the wallpaper. The home is really well done. The beds are so comfortable and it really has all the amenities. I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

The property is huge and decorated so well. We had a group of 18 and it fit us perfectly. The location is so close to Broadway which was very convenient. The perfect place to stay!

Casa paradise worked out perfectly for our group of 13! The house looked just as pictured. The place was clean, well kept, and the beds were comfy (even the top bunk). It was a quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. There were also a few coffee spots our group enjoyed walking to in the morning. Also, Joe was a great host who was extremely responsive and even provided a great list of recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Me and 15 of my friends had a great time staying at this place in Nashville! The location was great, Joe was super responsive and accommodating for our check in and check out times, and despite having so many people, we still had tons of space to get ready and hang out. Also impressed by the Pottery Barn towels, Brooklinen sheets, and cute wallpaper that made the space fun! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Super cute house and nice beds & bathroom amenities. Joe was helping with suggestions near by and some of his favorite places. There were 13 women that stayed age range 24-64! There are a lot of stairs but consider it exercise! Transportation to Broadway and airport etc was easy.. although their gps wanted to drop off on the backside.

This property is perfect for large groups ! We spent the weekend with 11 girls (initially 14 that fit just as comfortably) and had the best stay. Joe is friendly, timely, and responsive. From booking to check in and checking out everything was incredibly easy. The property was beautiful, clean, and stocked with all of the necessities. The beds were very comfortable, not something I typically look for with rental properties but we all agreed this stood out! Super quick drive to Broadway and nice area. We had zero complaints. Will plan to stay here if we return with a large group again in the future ! Thanks Joe!

AMAZING is an understatement. From the rooftop deck with the fire-pit down to the wallpaper, this place was a 5 star stay. Clean, aesthetically pleasing, organized & in a prime location from Broadway (about a 5 min drive). You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to stay with SeekStays again!

The owner, Joe, was super quick to respond and had great recommendations. The house is exactly as advertised. The roof deck view of the city was a plus. Walking distance to supermarket and less than 10 minutes away from Broadway by car.

House was very clean and accommodating. It is trendy just like the pictures with BEAUTIFUL wallpaper in every room. Never had to ask for anything extra or go buy things like paper towels, TP or trash bags. Home was even equipped for a private chef to cook us a dinner for 15!
Lastly we had a small issue with the heater but Joe sent out a tech to repair it quickly. Would most definitely recommend!

The experience could not have been better! With local recommendations prior to arrival, local treats upon arrival, and 5 star service the entire weekend - it’s my favorite VRBO, and my friends shared the same sentiment. Clean, great area, stylish decor & can’t beat the rooftop! Highest recommendation I could give.

For many in our group, it was the first time in Nashville. Joe's home was lovely and accommodated our group so nicely. The property's location made it easy to run in the park and get coffee at the Farmer's Market in the mornings. Our group both walked and took an Uber to Broadway. Joe allowed us to have a late checkout due to an evening flight. It was very helpful and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We had a great time during our stay for a bachelorette party. House was clean, beautifully decorated, and had incredible views. Slept 14 comfortably, and the roof is spectacular. Easy commute to Broadway. Joe was a great host -- very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

My friends and I traveled from NYC to Nashville for a kickball tournament. We were looking for a place to house 13 of us and this house was perfect.
Joe goes above and beyond as a host, and I would definitely come back and stay at one of his properties again. Highly recommend!

This house is straight out of a magazine - I can promise you that! Everything you see in pictures is exactly what you get. It was incredibly clean, stocked with all the essentials, and was the perfect landing spot for our weekend long bachelorette. Joe was in constant contact leading up to our stay, giving incredible suggestions on local spots, and ensuring the process was smooth and effortless. Was never more than a 5 minute wait for an answer if we needed something (which we barely did), and such a great central location so you weren’t too far from anywhere you wanted to go in the city.
Would 100% recommend this house and working with Joe. We made memories for a lifetime here and I’m pretty sure the next guests will still hear the echos of our laughter.

13 of us met in Nashville for 4 days/nights. We range in age from 60-82. The unit is beautiful. Beds are super comfy. There are a lot of stairs so if anyone struggles with that it may be an issue. Kitchen had fresh ground coffee from a local vendor, Goo Goo candy and a bag of salty snacks that my friends devoured before I got any😊.

We had a great time staying at this Vrbo! Would absolutely recommend. If staying, make sure to use Uber/drivers. Although some locations are within walking distance, some surrounding locations are not as nice as this Vrbo!

The most beautifully decorated property I’ve even seen. Everything from the towels/linens to the appliances are top notch. Joe was very prompt with all questions and made the whole check in/out process so quick and easy. If I come to back to Nashville with a large group again I would definitely stay here again!

Place was perfect for our large group! This amazing stylish home really was the cherry on top. Host was super responsive and everything went extremely smooth. This place is a must stay for larger groups.
