Beautiful and spacious retreat house

Este alojamiento de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con una sala de estar, un comedor, chimenea y aire acondicionado. El cuarto de baño incluye toallas, papel higiénico y jabón. My family and I were in town for a conference and stayed five days. The house has plenty of space and a wonderful pool which my kids throughly enjoyed. The house was conveniently located near many stores and attractions. Would absolutely stay again!

This housecwas great. We used it as a basecof operations to explore several Florida locations. The pool was great for cooling off after long hours in the Florida sun. The house was clean and everything was easy to access. My nieces had a blast.

This was a quiet spot for the group of us. Within a mile or so from downtown and the main strip. Lots of space. 2 of the 3 Bedrooms are huge and make a great retreat from the sun if you use the pool or head to the local beaches. Overall enjoyed the stay and had no issues!

There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. Would stay again if I am ever in the area.

Bedroom space is awesome. Bathrooms adequate. Pool ok, a bit small for 10. Good gathering space.
Downside - NO Washcloths! Be sure to bring your own....

The pool was perfect for the kids they loved it. The place was so big they also played hide and seek inside. Beach was only 20 mins for New Symra and 40 for ormond beach. Stetson university was 2 mins away for graduation and dormitory’s. Downtown was also 2 mins away publix, and chilis. Exactly was we wanted. Thank you so much when my daughter forgot her doll they allowed us to go search after check out.

We were very impressed with the house. The 2 back bedrooms are HUGE! The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was very easy to communicate with our host who always answered promptly. If we come back to Deland, we would definitely stay here again.

The house met our expectations. Not far from local family. Plenty of room for family dinners snd everything we needed for cooking. Door is broken on pantry in kitchen.

This house was awesome for my family. I traveled with my kids and parents and there was plenty of room for us all. I have family living in Deland and one day they came over as well and we were all comfortable. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we needed and far enough from what we did not want. House was clean, kitchen stocked, and the pool was so nice. I would return during warmer months to enjoy the pool. My kids enjoyed it every day even though the high each day was low 70’s. Also, communication with the property manager was great before and during our stay.

My family enjoyed staying at this residence. The communication with the owners was easy and convenient. Their willingness to accommodate us was extremely nice during the holidays. The home is as clean and as spacious as the photos depict. We will return to this property again in the future. Best Vacation in DELIGHTFUL DELAND! ♥️

This is the perfect house to stay in when visiting Deland and Daytona. It is close to an abundance of interesting places, shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the TV's, but the owners were very quick to respond to communication and fixed the issue promptly. Have stayed at this house twice now and will again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house and pool were very well maintained and clean. We had enough space for our three families. This home was supplied with amenities that was beneficial for our stay. I definitely recommend this property, and would absolutely return!

The two bed bedrooms are huge. I knew they were by the pics but bigger than I expected. Pool was the perfect size and spent a lot of time on the covered patio. Would definitely stay again!

This property was in the perfect location! We were able to enjoy Daytona beach, spend time with family that lives in Deltona and not too far for a couple of days at Disney. We had the best of time! The rooms were so spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family breakfast as well as dinners. Last but not least the property owners were so accommodating and kind. We were going to arrive late in the evening and they were kind enough to make sure the house was not dark. We would def consider this property again for our next family trip to Florida! Thanks!

This was the perfect property for our son's wedding weekend at Harmony Gardens, which was about 18 minutes away. The bridesmaids and 2 mothers all met at the house the morning of the wedding to have our hair and makeup done. Plenty of room for 3 stylists to set up little stations and work their magic. One of the bathroom had an extra sink outside the bath, sink and toilet room which was very helpful for a bunch of young women. The house is very close to downtown and Publix.

The owner always communicated promptly when needed. The house is beautiful and the bedrooms large, especially 2 of them. The house was well appointed for an extended stay. The only thing lacking was a hair dryer. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the rainy weekend, but there were plenty of chairs, lounge chairs and floats to use. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. This is the perfect house to stay at if you are visiting Daytona. Two turns and a short drive, and you are on the main street through Daytona. We will definitely stay at this house again the next time we are in the area.

We rented this house twice now. It really meets our needs. We love the outdoor space and pool. There is plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to I4 and lots of local restaurants and stores. Owners are quick to respond. We plan to return.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!
There are not enough words to describe how amazing this house was. From super spacious bedrooms,comfy beds, a clean pool area to an over all amazing host. This house has everything you need for a great stress free family vacation. My two kids enjoyed getting up every morning and jumping right in the pool before breakfast. The house is a short drive to multiple beaches. Easy to pack up a lunch and spend the day at the ocean. Shops located a few miles away, so anything you may have forgot is right down the road. I can't wait to bring my family down again.

Amazing
The house was beautiful, I took my kids and I for a week vacation. The kids loved the pool, it was centrally located from family and friends houses for them to visit and only 35 min from/to airport and 30 min to Daytona. We would definitely rent from Dagan and his wife again!

My daughter was graduating from Emery Riddle in Daytona and I rented this house for me and my kids. The place was perfect. Big enough for us all to have a space, cute house. Our favorite part was the screened in seating area by the pool. This was our favorite hang-out during our stay and it was comfortable and very nice. We were really close to Daytona also, so it was perfect. I will definitely look at this property again in the future.
