Really cosy flat, clean, and welcoming. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. The decor is nice. Fully equipped kitchen. TV has streaming service. Wi-Fi good.

The heating didn't work the second evening. The book said to phone the property manager, but i didn't want someone coming out at night. Inconvenient. The shower head just shoots upwards while using it. This happened mid shampoo and ended up with shampoo in my eyes. Not good. The pillows in the bedroom are cheap and go flat on impact. The bed itself is OKish oneside, but the right-hand side as you look at it is the worst bed I've ever slept in. It makes a noise as you sit down, and you can feel every spring in the mattress. Very uncomfortable, and now my back is bad. These are issues that need addressing, and this would be a first-class place. Oh, and no dining table or anywhere to eat.

Great apartment with everything you would need for a stay away. Fully equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, comfortable lounge, good sized bathroom with powerful shower. Bedrooms not large but good size for 2 people (you're only sleeping anyways!) Host was very thorough with information about the apartment and even messaged mid stay to see if everything was ok. This is a basement flat but had enough windows and light coming through so it didn't feel too dark. Excellent location! Across the street from an Asda and 10 minute walk into central Harrogate. Parking permits readily available for the stay and we were lucky enough to nab a space right outside the property. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Harrogate.
