My favorite thing about going to Depoe Bay is spotting whales from the highway. This property allows me to see them right from the comfort of home. Travelling with family members who aren’t as mobile can be difficult, but we were able to meet everyone’s needs and still enjoy seeing the sights without even leaving the house..will definitely be back. The floors are a bit un level so if you have issues with balance, it might be a challenge. But neat and clean.

Highly recommend this place. Spacious and private with amazing views of the ocean. I have stayed here several times and enjoyed it every time. This is my go-to spot when I need a vacation at the coast.

The house is centrally located, lots of space, great off street parking. We were a little concerned about the motion detectors in each room. We forgot our iPad and contacted Vacasa but haven't heard back from them. The iPad was in the house when we left and then someone moved it to an address in Lincoln City. We still hope to get it back.

Nice big kitchen and close walk to shops, eateries, and ocean views. Old house that could use some touching up inside, and noisy floors. Pricy for what you get, especially with such a late check in time and early checkout time. You’re essentially paying for a whole day, but can’t check in til 4pm, then you have to be out by 10am. Makes it tough for families with children. We asked for just one extra hour on both ends, and Vacasa would not accommodate us.

The home was very clean & well stocked with everything you need. Just grab your groceries & you're all set. Loved that it was within walking distance of downtown & right across the street from Tidal Raves restaurant, which we love! We'll definitely be back. The only thing we could find were the park passes that were mentioned in one of the emails, but we are a military family so they weren't needed. 😍

This older house is in a perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. We never used our car whilst visiting Depoe Bay. The house was full of amenities which was helpful during our stay.

An older home with not the most level floors, but beautifully furnished, and what a view!! Also, kitchen is well stocked, and lots of space to spread out! Plenty of space and fun games in the garage. Easy walk to town. We are already rebooked for October!

The house was great. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens and other necessities. Perfect for families with children of all ages. And the restaurant across the street was delicious. HIGHLY recommend!

We love that you can see the ocean from the living room. Very spacious and accommodating. The kids love the ping-pong table and basketball game, etc..Great amenities! TV’s in several rooms. Ample room for everyone!!

The house is in a great location with a great view. Easy walking distance to everything in town. Well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The game room is fun. The house is cozy and large enough that our family of six plus our dog could spread out and feel comfortable. Beds were comfy. Cute nook upstairs. Yard size was great. Water in downstairs tub did not turn on the first night were there and ultimately did not get fixed while we're there. Tough to share one shower with 6 people during the entire trip. Stovetop should be replaced or be serviced since one burner kept clicking after gas was lit so we just avoided using that one. The floor is sloped in some places, but you get used to it, so didn't really bother us. Other than that, we really did enjoy the house and would stay there again!

We just had a brief 2 night stay and really enjoyed it. Great space for the 4 of us and our dog, comfortable beds, and the fun area in the garage was a plus. Fantastic location and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We will certainly look at staying here again the next time we're in the area. Thanks!

There’s plenty of room to spread out at Gracie’s. Two living areas and a huge, well appointed kitchen made our stay very comfortable. The view of the ocean is great. Even though it’s on the main highway, the house sits well back and at night it’s quiet. We would definitely stay again.

It was a perfect house, location, saw whales everyday, cooked up a storm and enjoyed beautiful sunny, high 70’s weather. We are planning another visit as soon as we can.

We stayed here for a few days before taking our daughter to college. Very clean large house! However floors were slanted and windows did not open up. Master bathroom on main floor had a janky broken cabinet door and a squishy feeling base on the bathtub/shower. However garage was fun as it has a ping pong table, dart board and basketball game that was enjoyed by our family. Many board games as well. No local news on the tvs, but good movie options. Great restaurant right across the street and easy walking to downtown.

We had 2 families stay here with younger kids and everyone had a great time. This house is beautiful and extremely comfortable and clean. Beds and couches were also really comfortable. We watched the whales play all day! This house has everything you need for an amazing vacation. Kitchen is big and has all you would need to entertain. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

The house was very clean- cabinets handles were not sticky- which is a first for us with vacation rentals. It was a comfortable spacious home with a lovely large dinning table that was great for extended family meals. The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed. We saw whales every day! Also a great location to take walks from. Though it sits right off highway 101, we were never aware/bothered of/by any traffic noise. We have vacationed in Newport/Depot Bay area for 12 years and this was by far the best lodging.

very clean and well decorated, as well as well equipped. Our only complaint was the TVs. They were very hard to figure out and had no instructions. Fortunately, VACASA was helpful in sending a technician. We will definitely reserve Gracie's Sea View in the future!

Can’t beat the view!
Beautiful view of the ocean from multiple large windows although location is not very private. Lots of very close neighbors who can look right into your windows. Beautiful large fireplace although no instructions on how to use it just a strange bomb looking igniter that was possibly disabled. Garage game room was great, we enjoyed it very much. House is very interesting, decor was nice and comfortable but floors are very uneven and even seem soft in some areas. More blankets for the beds upstairs would have been nice and there was no binder for house instructions (how to use fireplace, unique downstairs shower, thermostat, tvs, etc) or check out protocol (received very brief checkout instructions vial email). Tarp on roof and attic door duct taped shut in the upstairs bedroom was slightly off putting but overall stay was nice. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and you can’t beat the view!

Garage games were really fun, location is great (though keep in mind the house sits directly on Route 101) and there's plenty to walk to nearby. If not for the awful bat experience + subsequent followup with Vacasa, we would have really enjoyed it here.

Great view and really clean
We had a great time at this home. The garage games made it one of the best vacation rentals we have had. The kitchen is very well stocked and was great for our big family. The view from the upstairs bedroom and living room is fantastic. The only downfall is the highway is close and there is a little noise from it.

Great location, great views, very clean
Our family of 4 enjoyed this home for 4 nights over the Independence Day weekend. It was clean and the kitchen was the best-equipped rental I've ever had. The garage games are fun and the view cannot be beat!

Good house in a good location
Loved the view of the ocean. Right near a strip of shops and restaurants. My son and his friend loved the pung pong and basketball in the garage. A few quirky things like the step from the livingroom to the kitchen. Becareful of it.

This was a great home for us. Very clean, nice large kitchen, the kitchen was full with dishes, pots, pans, bowls, and anything and everything you need. The dining table is nice and large. Amazing view.
