The view from the terrace is just breathtaking. It’s ideally located, 2km from town on one side, and the best beaches on the other. There’s a bus stop right in front and the owner can arrange a scooter. There’s also a beach at a 5mn walk down a (very steep!) path. The owner is really friendly and goes out of hos way to make you spend a nice stay! All in all I can’t recommend this place enough for your stay in Skiathos! I’ll definitely be back.

As in many hotels throughout the world, you can’t charge any device while not in the room as the electricity is controlled by your room key

Beautiful apartment, clean, great facilities, fabulous sea views. Was convenient being so close to the beach & a bus stop for ease of getting around island. The hosts were very kind & helpful.

Villa Kim is great! The property has a fantastic view and rooms are cleaned daily. There is a wonderful beach very close by. We felt we had the hotel experience (regular cleaning) with the Airbnb charm (local tips, privacy). We stayed 5 nights and wished we had longer. Kim is really helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions. We loved Skiathos and Villa Kim was a great place to base ourselves during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and we hope to return!

The hosts are amazing and very friendly, they met all our needs. The 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment was spacious, with full kitchen facilities, nice and clean bathrooms, quiet, and with a great view. It is very important that it is pet friendly. We had a perfect stay at Villa Kim with our two small dogs.

The road to the beach Achladies is very steep and you have to go on foot.

I loved the view and how close it is to the beach. Andreas was so friendly and helpful, ordering food for us in the first night and helping us with every question we had.

If you not have a car, public transportation can be challenging and taxi drivers are a little bit trick.

Great host! absolutely amazing view from the balcony!! the apartment is very good and has got everything what you need to self-cater. We loved the walk-in shower - it was so comfortable! on our departure day the host let us stay as long as we wanted as our flight was late and there were no other guest arriving on that day. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We had a great stay and will be definitely back!!
