This house was perfect for our family get away. It is absolutely stunning with plenty of space. When we weren’t at Disney or Universal parks, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub right in the backyard as well as the other amenities Windsor Hills offers. This is our second time staying at Windsor Hills and we absolutely love it! We will definitely be back!

Wow! What an amazing experience at this fabulous house. We stayed for 11 days, family of 5, and the house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. About 10 mins drive from the Disney parks which was amazing. Food and grocery also close by. I wouldn’t change a thing! Hostess is also incredibly helpful as I left some jewelry behind and she agreed to mail it to me. So happy. Stay here!

Very clean, great amenities. Appreciated the box fans that were available. Beds were comfortable, pool and hot tub were clean and a great way to relax at the end of the day. Property host was attentive and responsive. Loved the entertainment options. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Wonderful place to stay!!

We came down for a week at Disney. Overall the house was amazing. It catered to all age groups. We had 7 kids ages 3mo- 13yrs there. There was plenty of space and activities for the kids to do. Would highly recommend staying at this house.

This place was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 6 kids! We did find 3 waterbugs on the first day but its Florida and I expect that kind of stuff - The place was super clean otherwise! We loved the location and having a pool in the backyard to swim in. Wendy was super nice and very easy to get ahold of as well. We will definitely be coming back here!

We had problems with the 3rd party vacation equipment rental company. Finally after 4 days the property manager was able to resolve the issue.

We flew in from canada for a family vacation and the property did not disappoint. I loved having the pool right there any time we wanted and the bigger water park at the resort entrance. They have a cute little park my little loved playing at in the am. The house is just as advertised and had everything we needed.

The property was very clean and the house was just the perfect size for our Family of 11. The pool and hot tub were a great added feature as well as the games room. The strollers also were a bonus as we had three small children and used them several times at the parks. Overall the vacation was a great success and we would certainly book it again in the future.

Absolutely, hands down the most beautiful place we have ever stayed outside of a resort!! Staying IN Disney was too expensive for our group so we opted for a rental house that was close and this one did not disappoint! Six bedrooms was plenty for our party of 9 and the kids adored their Disney themed rooms! The heated pool and hot tub was a much needed recover after three days at theme parks! Very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed as well as being within a few miles of all Disney attractions, stores, food and gas. Highly recommend and we will surely be back !!!!

We found this house to be perfectly located for access to all of the major theme parks including all Disney locations, Universal parks and Sea World.
The pool was great and the available strollers were very useful. The gated community was very secure and having a Walmart nearby made it easy to stock up on supplies.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The location was perfect- right by Disney and sea world. The house was clean and perfect for the kids. The beds were comfortable. The pool heater wasn’t working when we arrived due to cold weather and the property manager was quick to respond and get it fixed for us. The kids LOVED the themed rooms and swimming in the nice warm pool! The club house was super fun with the water park. We even got to see an alligator by the fenced in pond! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a nice stay!

My family and I rented this beautiful home during this Christmas holiday to visit Disney’s Magic Kingdom. The kids eyes lit up when they saw “their rooms” (specifically the princess and superhero rooms) 🤩
The home is spacious enough that guests don’t feel like they’re too close.
We did submit a maintenance request and maintenance arrived 10 mins later to complete the job!
We were about 12 mins from Magic Kingdom, very easy commute.
There are a ton of on site amenities that are great for days that you aren’t visiting theme parks but it was very windy and cold during our December 2022 stay so we didn’t go to the water park and other amenities.

The house is located in a gated community. Check in was a breeze and getting in and out of subdivision was very easy. Most days the guards were outside assisting with scanning my pass to get back into the neighborhood

This home was perfect for our family and extended family to use as home base for a week at Disney. We had my mother-in-law, my family of four, and my sister-in-law's family of four all comfortable and we didn't even use one of the bunk bed bedrooms during our stay. During our day off from Disney we used the community pool to relax and house's pool and hot tub too. Owner was prompt with returning messages. We were able to get Ubers everyday (2 per day to leave and 2 per day to return) in addition to using Instacart to get groceries and having restaurant deliveries into the gated neighborhood without any issues at all.

Our stay at this property did not disappointment. Short drive to parks and stores and enjoyed resort amenities as well as the pool and hot tub at the house. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and were very comfortable.

This was the perfect location for our short 3 day family vacation. You do need to bring extra toiletries/toilet paper/paper towels IF you plan to stay for more than 2 days.
Walmart close by, **shop there for Disney stuff, save money!**

I had a great experience during my 2 week stay, property manager always replied quickly to any question. The house was clean, sheets and towels clean and adequate for the number of guest. The house was also fully equipped and my kids loved the pool and the resort space.

Family Fun at Disney!
We are Florida residents and have been to Disney many times. We always stay on the Disney property until this time. This was a great decision. The park is extremely close. I'm sure we got back from the parks just as easily as we would have if we were staying in a Disney resort. The house is over the top- could not be cleaner, Disney & Universal-themed bedrooms, playroom, private pool and unbelievable community pool with slides, splash pad and a deli. Make sure to give the owner the names of all the people driving before you get there or have the one who made the reservation there when you first check in. After that every car has it's own pass. This house is perfect for your visit to Orlando. I could not recommend it more highly.

We had a wonderful time in the home! There were 9 of us total. The pool was nice to have at the home for evening swims. The outside patio furniture was very comfortable, it’s a table for 8 so we pulled up the cooler for the 9th chair and it worked perfect! Highly recommend!

Plus my husband is a professional Chef from Paris, and he found absolutely everything he needed to make fabulous meals. And very important, the customer service was Excellent, from the beginning Wendy answered all the questions I had the same day I sent the messages, and when we got there. Gayla answered the phone immediately to help us with additional questions and helpful information. I can't say enough great things about this property and I know we'll be back with other friends and family. Thanks so much Wendy and Gayla!

Beautiful home
We had a great stay at this property. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. With small kids, we appreciate all the things that make the stay easier, such as the mini crib, plastic plates/cups/utensils. The back door lock and pool gate kept our kids safe from accidentally getting to the pool. The children loved the decor in the upstairs bedrooms. The back yard pool and hot tub are very nice and warm. The afternoon sun was perfect for swimming after going to the parks. I'd definitely recommend staying here for any family, especially with kids under 7.
