it’s paid parking at €10 per night and that’s not clear when booking but not a big deal. There is no sign over the door but Google maps is right on, you will still have to phone to get the exact location and they don’t do any English, we got there in the end 😁

This could not have been a better location to anything in Anzio and for the ferry - around the corner - for Ponza. This is a simple lay out - it’s a B and B without breakfast and you are on your own. But rooms very comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner responsive and gracious.

it is true that the accommodation is new, it looks nice

the air conditioning didn't work at all! it is terribly hot in the room, and the window cannot be opened even in the evening because the accommodation is on the main street which is very noisy! the landlady is an unpleasant person, who gives you a lecture on how to behave for half an hour! she charged extra for a small child and it was not even possible to book a room for two adults with a child, but she took money for three people and rented a room for two! After the remark that the air conditioning was not working and that we were dissatisfied, she did not want to do anything! also, no one speaks English
