The view, the size and layout of the suite, the amenities of the suite, pretty much everything. We loved the suite and the hotel. We will stay again!

The included breakfast is disappointing. The waffles are good, the rest of the hot food is sub par. I know it's an included breakfast but we skipped it after the first day. The coffee is very good though and the juice for the little ones is good as well. We had one issue where the comforter and sheet were dirty on one of the beds but the staff quickly took care of it. We paid too much for our stay but that was an issue with Booking.com

apart from it the room we stay is quite cozy yet the upper level causes a lot of noise of which we could hardly rest because the room we stay the upper room which is on top is really noisy we can hear loud jumping running and walking we feel so devastated that we cant rest in the afternoon from a long trip we try to contact the reception yet they said that they will do something about it yet we never hear them back thats the time they said something when i approach them… hope this part will improve more

Our suite was spacious, modern and clean when we arrived. The hotel offered breakfast with the booking and it was well stocked and sufficient staff to support it.

They do not offer daily cleaning service for your room. At $500 per night, I think daily cleaning should be provided (change towels, remove garbage). The other concern is that the breakfast area doesn’t offer any way to separate recyclables or compostable from the garbage.

Modern building with a limited restaurant/bar. Convenient/safe for a solo traveller. Lovely view from my room. Room had vinyl plank flooring, no carpets so a huge plus for me. Very modern decor, minimal but had all amenities in a tiny kitchen. Great use of space.

AC was extremely noisy. I have room ACs in my condo and know that ACs do not need to be SO noisy!! Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Going back out to the parking lot in the dark to put a parking pass in my car….why can’t a license plate at registration be enough?!

Breakfast was good liked the pancakes. The pool was a good size and liked that an attendant was there to monitor the slide usage. Easy parking.

The sofa bed was very hard

There is nothibg which i can think of but would like to recommend to have the room service daily instead of every other day.

the hotel is very nice, rooms are new, clean and comphy. The breakfast is excellent. the security guard however made everyone uncomfortable. we had dinner in their lounge and he was almost standing at our table.
