The house is fairly new and the breakfast is good.

We couldn't adjust the temperature in the room and it was a bit too warm at night.

The breakfast was not as expected ,it was cold by the time we ate. The view however is excellent.

There was only 1 chair in the room ,it was not enough for two.

Very comfortable and quiet. Great location to all amenities and wineries. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Did not dislike anything

The room, bathroom, and common area were sparkling clean! There was a refrigerator and laundry for shared use and a deck with gorgeous views. Although there were two other guests, it was completely quiet in our room. (When we came into the common area at night we could hear another guest snoring, but couldn't hear A THING in our room.) This place is very close to our home and we were offered a night away when the grandparents were in town, and we will definitely stay again if we have a chance.

Our room was clean and fresh. My family has allergies especially in dusty areas. We didn't have any problems with Shannon's place. Bedding and the actual bed were really comfortable.

First of all everything was aamzing. The view rrom their window and patio is great. Its a new property so the furnishings are all new and house is amazing good size room and they had a living space to sit and eat. Shw made a home breakfast that felt good to eat like our mom makes a full breakfast on a sunday morning. The location is perfect too and the view is good after a long day and you might spend time there just for it.

I had stayed there in the summer with my sister and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning. For some reason I didn’t notice on the booking that was not included in the “off-season”. I was disappointed we were not even served coffee. I think this would be super simple to at the very least, have during the winter months. please reconsider for future “off-season” guests. one other small ask would be to supply some decent shampoo/conditioner and soap for the shower.

the owners (or their friends?) smoking on the upstairs deck made sitting outside not enjoyable. it was advertised as non smoking.

Outside area was lovely with a lovely view, but motorway noise is a bit intrusive Definitely for those with a car

Sink in our bathroom leaked as fast as water was running in so thar could be fixed. A long flight of stairs outside to carry our luggage to basement level and then carry them back up

The room and bathroom were very big,clean and modern. The view was fantastic. Breakfast was great! The host is very friendly.
