I enjoyed the location, the friendliness of the staff, and the well-maintained place. I also enjoyed that it was family-friendly and that the beds were very comfortable.

I need a refund I wasn’t allowed to stay at this place at all I was denied my stay I want my refund

The staff was rude, she didn’t let us stay and kicked us out the building in the cold

Called and asked for a room with a draw curtain like the one shown in the property pics. Everyone I talked to says all the rooms have them. We arrived and asked again and the front desk person said they all have them. Get to the room and no curtain in the room! We have to go back down to the desk ask a room with a curtain. Front desk person goes to check on a room to see if it has one, luckily it did. Does every one working here not know about the property or rooms they work with? Bed was awful and the pillows suck.

The hotel was located near many shops and restaurants which was super nice. The breakfast was good. I loved the waffle maker. The room was nice and cozy.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee.
