Lovely location and size of the property. Good facilities. Very comfortable and warm. Everything nice and new and modern.
The entrance to the property needs to be painted and cleaned. Stairs are really old with paint peeling etc.
Bathroom needs mould taken off the bath/shower and roof. Not a lot, but could do with a clean.
Very dusty under the beds. Needs to be cleaned.
Main double mattress in the 2nd bedroom (not the main) was uncomfortable, very spongy.

It was a period property and was clean.
Sky Tv (living room)
No blind in kitchen, and the curtains in bedroom were too short so people from other properties might see in at night.
Tv in bedroom didn’t have any tv channels so would only be usable if you had your own fire stick etc- see this in a lot of properties.

Excellent quiet location near the beach and within walking distance of all restaurants and shops in Broughty Ferry and buses into Dundee, generous provision with washer and dryer, good sized flat, generally well-cleaned.
The curtains were incredibly thin and let light in so I woke at 615 each morning, one was also broken and hanging off a little. The kitchen washing up sponge had been used quite a lot before our arrival and not replaced. The silicone round the bath was in considerable disrepair and there was a small leak onto the bathroom floor. There was quite a lot of dirt and dust under the main bed.

The apartment was close to Dundee and not too far from Edinbrugh. Nice bonus to have a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The beds were comfy with enough room for our group. The town of Dundee was adorable.

Nice location, flat was a good size and the beds were very comfortable.
The parking wasent great and there was a leak in the toilet.

very close to the beach and the shops, lovely and quiet location, very comfy beds.
1 wardrobe door was broke & the extractor fan in the bathroom sometimes didn’t come on.

The location is lovely.
Charged £80 for cleaning but the house was not clean at all, dirty dishes, floors with sands, the toilet exhaust definitely has not been cleaned for months if not years.The bed was broken but told us safe to use, nearly fell off the bed due to the broken part.
Communication was appalling, despite of so many calls and messages from myself and the help of booking.com customer services, we waited until 17.50 pm of our arrival day before they sent us the code for check-in. It was just a very stressful day, after travelling from Wales to Scotland by car, that's the least we needed, unable to get in the house.

Tidy two bedroomed flat within walking distance of Broughty Ferry amenities and the beach. Perfect for our needs. The larger of the two bedrooms was light and airy.
Crockery could do with an update. A washing up bowl would be useful. Nothing significant.

Quiet location. Convenient for town and beach
Entrance hall and stairs need redecorating.Sliding wardrobe door was off and propped up inside which could be dangerous for children.
