Easy check in after hours, super clean, Kristen - the administrator who runs the place was AMAZING and always very accommodating. The unit my son that stayed in(#507) was super clean with great furnishings and patio furniture and all the amenities of home. I cannot think of any reason I would not highly recommend this wonderful cozy condo facility. Quaint with an incredible view of the ocean and close to everything in town.

We like knowing what we are getting every year with low crowds, plenty of beach space and spacious units. The unit we chose this year was new fo our rotation. We are always pleased and had no issues requiring reporting during our stay. The online pictures were somewhat different than the real life, but not a negative thing. My only complaints would be to update the coffee pot (not clean on the inside) and part of the trim work in the flooring (which was in the main walkway) was coming up and we had to avoid stepping on it throughout our visit. My children are teenagers and would prefer a more teen-populated spot, but for my husband and I we love the low-key aspect of Mariner West and what we refer to as the “quiet end” of PCB. All maintenance and managers were very welcoming and nice throughout or stay.

This was our 4th year staying with them and look forward to going next year. Room was wonderful,thanks Bruce- grounds were well taken care of, saw Kristine out every morning picking up and straighten up,maintenance guy very nice.

There were cobwebs on many pieces of the furniture. Not what I was expecting during a pandemic. There wasn't any signage about Covid and precautions for guests to adhere to. The sofa in the unit needs to go straight to the dump! It was very dirty & worn- Obviously has outlived its economic life-Put a big blanket on it just to sit on it. The property seems to have gone down some- Maybe it's because of the hurricane. There are positives to the property as the location are excellent & the beach is not a 2 mile hike to get to it. The laundry room for our unit had linens in the dryer, wet linens in the washer. So when we needed to use the appliances we had to rotate the laundry- While on vacation you are not really wanting to do laundry- much less someone else's.

The unit was lovely and extremely well kept and clean. We will certainly come back again.
