Overall an average stay. Communication with the property manager was great and check in and out was so easy! Would have loved some towels other than bath towels for the hot tub/pool and/or beach. The kitchen had a huge variety of utensils but we found ourselves not having what we needed several times.Ice trays would have been appreciated since both ice makers were empty. I understand all of the spices and even salt and pepper were not included, maybe think about having a few packets for your guests? Overall it was comfortable and had all of the necessities, just missing the extra 10%! Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Everything from staffing to the house amenities exceeded our expectations made our vacation time well worth it. The house was very spacious and accommodated everyone the kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans and dishes after a long day at the beach being able to just walk a short distance to the house was a plus.

We enjoyed the extra space with our family of 12. Six adults and six kids. Three full bathrooms were fantastic to have. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The large litchen table was great! Omly thing ws noticed was the wall vent going into the kitchen was pretty dirty and there was some chips on the floor around the sofa and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept. These things are an easy fix but should jave been done. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Great access to the beach! Plenty of space to apread oit in the house.

We had a great time and very comfortable in the home. Had everything we needed. Maintenance always took care of what was needed promptly and with a smile.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, very accurate to what was shown online. Very spacious, they did provide extra linens and other necessities. We loved it so much we booked an extra day/night, definitely will be looking to book at this property again!!!

Large spacious home. Everything worked perfectly. Had a minor issue with the cable∫ernet. That was of no fault to the property. High winds knocked it out to the area. We were there to vacation not watch TV. Will definitely recommend and try to rebook this home again.

The mattresses were absolutely horrible. Major back problems (thin ass mattresses) For the price we paid, you'd think the mattresses would be more comforting. Seems like we were limited on towels for a large family. They had a standard coffee but no coffee, or spices or trash bags. I wouldn't stay again and I wouldn't recommend this house for the thin ass mattresses.

This is the second time we have booked here and stayed on the island. We now prefer this instead of hotels. The location and house were great! Pool and hot tub were nice. Beds were comfortable and house was beautiful!

Other then having trouble receiving code for keyless entry we had a fantastic time. Our party ranged in age from 60 to 1 year olds. We had 12 in our party. Loved the pool since babies did not like the beach. Garage has all the essentials for the beach...umbrellas chairs floats, bogie boards etc. plenty of beds for our party and space!! Pool table was a hit and not only because there was a fridge close by. Kitchen had everything that we needed! Definitely recommend this house and would stay at again!!

Home was in a great location near the beach and house pool was clean and enjoyable for all. I had to make multiple stops at the store because there was no hand soap, laundry soap, dish washing soap, coffee filters, basic kitchen salt/pepper, kitchen towels to wipe the tables, and broom. I had to wash bath towels many times because there was only 6 towels and 6 hand towels for 3 bathrooms. I ended up purchasing rugs for back door due to safety concerns that someone would fall after exciting the pool and going inside to the bathroom. There two refrigerators (1 downstairs/ 1 in kitchen) which was great and very convenient. Overall, the home was very roomy and walking distance from the beach.

We were a party of 13 and we could not have had a better stay.beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you need. Pool was clean. Everything was great. Would stay here again.

First of all the place is located just a short walk to the ocean which was great!! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet neighborhood. They were kind enough to let us check in early and check out 2 hours later. People have left pool/ocean toys and chairs in the garage which was nice!! We contribute when we left too. The bunk beds were super hard as well as the pillows. We got there and the hot tub was cloudy and dirty, the kitchen floor had food stuck like it hadn't been cleaned, and the table outside on the patio was filthy with grease and dirt. We called SPI and they were quick to respond and had someone come check the hot tub for which they took a picture and said they'd have to show management and see if they wanted to do anything. Nothing more was ever done or heard off on it and the hot tub remained cloudy the whole week! Cleaning was to come the next day but never showed until I had to call again and then they called the following day. One thing we weren't aware of was that the main level is where the pool table and one room is and you have to walk up about 20 stairs to get to the other bedrooms and kitchen so if stairs are any issue for a few in your party I'd check closer into that. Luckily we were fine but also slick coming in from the pool/hot tub. The pool was smaller than I thought but work fine for our family. Sitting out by the pool and a cockroach was found but didn't think much of it because we were outside, however, the following morning (on our depart day) we found another large cockroach inside on the wall. Never told them about it because it was found day we left.

We were very happy with the house and all its amenities….probably are only complaint is pool never got warm enough, even tho' it has a heater….short walk to the beach and plenty of seating, inside and out…SPI is a wonderful rental agency and has always taken care of any issue…They've been our source the past several years….

Plenty of room for all to spread out and the pool is at 85F and the hot tub at 103F. Location is good with short walk to beach. Can also walk to a number of restaurants, if you prefer. SPI Rentals quickly responded to a couple questions. We hope to stay here again.

Checking in was a breeze the vacation home had everything we needed from all kitchen appliances to any tiny gadget you had to have the heated pool was totally awesome. Had a great time Thanks VRBO

This house was amazing! There was 10 of us and we all had plenty of room. House was very clean. Walking distance to the beach was good. Not far at all. Thank you SPI Rentals for a great stay!

We had amazing time with this property and the beach so close together. All 12 of us were spread out appropriately and had the opportunity to easily get to the beach. Multiple points of access to the beach and when the kids got tired of the sand they were able to come back and cool off in the pool or utilize the pool table downstairs. The bunk room was perfect for all the little kids. Enough room to spread out and with futons in a couple of common areas we were able to give everybody a place to sleep. Huge house with a deck on the back and front. We will stay at this property again. Thank you SPI rentals for a great stay

The house is in the perfect location. You can walk to the beach or to the stores and restaurants. The pool was amazing and so perfect to spend the afternoon in after a day shopping, golfing or hanging out at the beach. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our very large family! The game room downstairs allowed the older kids to stay up late while the little ones slept upstairs! There was plenty of room for everyone!! Great layout as well!! It was close to the beach access and this part of the beach wasn't crowded at all! We originally rented the house under an individual and a few weeks before our stay the house was sold. We have a few recommendations to make it a little better but I'm sure SPI Rentals is already on top of it....The couches in the living room were rather old and you sank pretty far down hitting the bar that runs across the back. BBQ tools would have been great to have...we had to improvise. And a vacuum that can be used on tile would have been much more efficient. The broom and dustpan made it difficult to manage all of the tracking the kids did. Again, I am sure SPI Rentals is on top of this since they just took over the property!! We will definitely be back and this house is a must!! As a side note we had an issue with the washing machine not working and maintenance came after hours and helped us with a temporary solution until the problem could be rectified the next day when the hardware store opened!!! This was great service and we were very grateful!!!

House was sold 1 week before our trip and had to rebook which was stressful enough. The house wasn't even ready upon check in and got the door code after sitting in the drive for 15 minutes after 4:00, pool was dirty and had dirt at bottom, internet connection kept disconnection, had 4 wash rags stocked upon arrival for our party of 10. Other than that the house was clean overall. We enjoyed the location and how close it was to the beach, the fact that it had 2 fridges, and plenty of seating and beds for everyone!
