Beding was not clean The towels was to dark, needed white bedings and towels There was no breakfast No cable TV, was not able to watch TV the whole time

The owners were very communicative and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed.

Towels and linens could be updated. Outer building could be updated.

The location was a quick walk (5 minutes) to the Havensight Mall area where there are many taxis to take you throughout St Thomas at posted rates. Downtown Charlotte Amalie is a $6 per person ride from the mall while a trip to Magens Bay on the other side of the island is $12 per. A bonus walking to the taxi site was the excellent Leatherback Brewery and nearby pizza place along the way. A complete grocery store is 10 minutes away. On the property, we stayed in the uppermost apartment, the St Croix, which was both spacious, comfortable and agreed with the online booking photos. The host Ronita provided timely information and instructions.

The property was as listed. It was comfortable, spacious. The kitchen was sufficient for most travelers that intend to eat out and/or do a very simple meal. It has wifi and cable via Roku. with enough selections when you are taking a down time. The french doors, patio, and art are a plus. The location is great, the Heavensite Mall and Yacht Marina both contain many shopping store, restaurants near or on the piers. Lots of local activities happen there as well. Owners are friendly and responsive. They recommend some very good places to eat as well as activities. Most definitely recommended.

The location is excellent other than the road noise and the cruise ship evening music when they are there, which is not every day. I would recommend to have white noise added for better sleep, in the bedroom, by the sleeping couch and living room. Walking safety outside of the unit specially for families best to drive - There is a small portion of the walk to the Heavensite Mall and Restaurants that does not have a sidewalk. It has blind spots and turns with no room to get off if someone is coming too fast. A sidewalk would be a huge improvement, not sure that the city would approve it.

I liked the size, amenities and cleanliness.

Great location by Havensight Mall. The apartment was impeccably clean and functional.

Recommend drapes in the bedroom as the sunlight pours in early and the are floodlight across the street at the mall at night.
