It's all about location location, and this was spot on , clean and have everything you needed. Perfect!

The apartment was very clean and nice. The location is perfect for exploring the city and seeing the sights. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot is just a few meters away. Communication via WhatsApp was easy and straightforward.

There is not nothing bad to say. It would have been even more practical if there had been extra garbage bags. But that is not a big thing

We had some noisy neighbours - not the hosts fault, but she did speak to them and resolve it for the following night.

We loved everything about this apartment, if you’re looking for a place to stay, honestly look no further, just book this one! The apartment was actually better than we expected & even nicer than the photos portrayed.

The staff there is very nice and we liked the way it was organized. Monika, who was in contact with us, was very kind and she was always in touch with us for any question or problem. I appreciate her service and help. The place is very nice and clean. We haven't noticed anything that would make our staying there uncomfortable. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Looks new.

We didn't like a few things that are not critical but I wanted the owners of the place to know about. 1. When you provide the parking, pls make it impossible for other cars to occupy the spots that you allocate for guests. I had the issue that every time i arrive i see my parking spot was taken. And I was offered to use someone's spot. It's not convenient for guests always think if your parking spot is taken or not. If you make some sign in front of the parking spot with the number of plates of the guests who can take the spot, it may partially solve the problem. 2. The air conditioning is available in guest room but in bedroom there is no air-conditioning. So me and my wife go to sleep we had to turn air-conditioning in guest room at maximum and open the door in the bedroom to let cold air sink in to the room. In this case, we have had the machine working constantly with some extra noise and you can't stay in the guest room because it's too cold so you are locked in bedroom in this case. or when you have normal temperature settings in guest room, you can't stay in the bedroom because it's too hot and it's hard to breath. If you have second air-conditioning it would solve the problem. We have paid around 900 euros for 6 nights from 16th to 22nd July 2023. I believe that the price would be reasonable at 650-700 considering things we didn't like. But again, the staying was ok. We liked that staff is trying to answer the questions and assist you with everything you need. My big respect to people working there. By fixing those 2 things you will end up with the perfect place.

Interier, free parking, it was very clean, cosy, host super nice, city center just arround the corner.

Spacious room size and closely located to attractions. The parking lot was also really close by, which was great! The communication was also swift and the hosts who met us were very friendly. Large kitchen which made cooking possible with proper dining table.

Quite a bit of stairs to go up to the second floor where our room was located. It can also get quite noisy if you have the windows opened. We could hear people chatting throughout the night and church bells every morning.

The location was excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Gate of Hercules and the other old Court sights. The parking was very well located, just half a block from the apartments. The pre-arrival information was clear and helpful.

The water heater was set to a medium setting and there was not enough hot water for two people to take consecutive showers. The mattress was uncomfortable; we could feel the individual springs.

Location is great. Personal is greatful. Clean and comfortable apartments. Everything was great!

- facility is dated & old, can use a renovation - parking is half a block from the apartment, challenging to locate - terrible arrangement - mattress needs to be replaced, no support at all & squeaks - hot water supply was iffy - leaky shower, bathroom floor was all wet - no Kleenex supply - stairs leading to 2nd floor was extremely slippery when wet from the rain, safety issue

The host Michelle was very considerate and went out of her ways to help us. We arrived late and she kept sending us messages to make sure we had no problems getting into the apartments. We had a terribly noisy apartment and couldn’t sleep the whole night. She helped to change another apartment for us.

The apartment 5 was awful. Super noisy with cars driving up a slope and people talking during the night. The wash room has absolutely no shelve space or towel bars. A very uncomfortable apartment. Thanks to Michelle, we were able to change apartment the next morning.

Instructions for reaching and entering property are perfect. Apartment is in center of town and it is very nice to have parking place near by.
