Space was big enough for 4 people

Owner asked for a deposit of 266 Euros which was supposed to be returned after our stay. It’s been 2 months and it hasn’t been returned despite all my requests. Very unprofessional and bordering on fraudulent. Avoid booking this property

El apartamento superlindo. Cómodo . Bien equipado. Todo perfecto. Las camas muy buenas . Todo nos encantó excepto que la mayoría de taxistas no conocen la dirección. Mi recomendación es dar con un buen taxista y contratarlo para todas las salidas en especial para la llegada al aeropuerto. Duramos una hora esperando el taxi y nunca llegó. Y como no hablamos portugués pues más complicado. Es un lindo sitio. De verdad.

El acceso y la escalera . Mi madre es una persona que requiere ayuda para moverse. Cuando llegó al ver la escalera se puso a llorar desconsolada. Se debería advertir que para personas con movilidad restringida no es apta la entrada .

La récupération du code a été tres laborieuse. Plus d'une d'attente avant de trouver un interlocuteur. il a fallu payer une caution qui n'était pas prévue, avant d'avoir le code, et au téléphone avec un interlocuteur inconnu, demandant de lui virer de l'argent sans aucune sécurité et sans aucune garantie, la nuit, en urgence devant une porte close. D'ailleurs cette caution n'est toujours pas remboursée. L'accès à l'appartement est délicat, avec un escalier extrêmement pentu difficile à monter pour des personnes un peu âgées. Cette difficulté n'avait pas été mentionnée. Il n' y avait pas de papier toilette ! Quand on arrive la nuit, comment fait-on ? Il n'y avait pas de balai. Quand on reste 3 jours dans l'appartement comment fait-on ?

The whole place was really nice and we loved having the terrace outside!

The showers in both bathrooms were a bit wonky, one had the water exiting the drain take too long and the other would have the water flow out to the bathroom floor

The apartment was great. Beato is a little ways out of town but had a lot to offer- little restaurants and bars. Internet was great! Helpful staff 😊

Beato Hub acted with Dishonesty! Deliberately! They asked for a safety deposit of 250 euros before my stay. I followed all the instructions given and now they simply do not answer my messages or make the refund! Be careful with these people!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property! I strong recommend this property for anyone that comes to Lisbon!

The cleaning gentlemen was very helpful and friendly

The self check in service sucks 1. very late response in booking.com message 2. gave us wrong room number and we needed to move all the luggages again 3. didnt tell us the room number password, we got it from cleaning gentleman 4. we have asked extra bedsheet for sofa bed and it never showed up ( we stayed 3 nights) 5. not enough toilet paper for use

I didn’t like the fact that they charge you and extra 25 € for late check in! But otherwise everything was perfect! The stuff was super helpful and the place was super clean!!

Communication only in booking.com messages and by phone. Nobody at the site to meet you, as the description promises. Require additional deposit 250€ for the possible damage of the apartment. The deposit was returned in a week after my departure. If you are a nervous person as I am, I don't recommend to take part in it. There's no procedure of checking the state of the apartment before you pay the deposit or when you depart. If something is brocken before you, or after you left, there's no way to prove, that you're not the culprit. There's also no clear procedure of returning the deposit, you have to wait patiently or initiate the communication from your side. The apartment was not cleaned at 17:00 on the arrival day. The sink in the bathroom massively leaked, the fix was announced, but didn't happen.

The apartment was clean and the location was okay.

They required a €250 deposit which was never refunded after my stay. In addition, they gave us the wrong codes to enter the building and to enter the unit. Finally, I was unable to get the air conditioner to activate.

All went well

The location was in a quiet neighborhood and we had a good time relaxing. We could take an Uber to the places of interest nearby. Good amenities in the house which we used to relax.

We were given details to check in to a room and when we entered, it was clearly being used by some other guest( who thankfully was not in !) It was clearly an accident, but we worked with the check in team and were able to check in to a separate room about 30 mins later. The hosts did apologize but it's not something that should have happened to begin with.

Apartments itself are soooo specious and comfortable, cozy location with a famous fancy restaurant 5 mins away — Palácio dos Duques de Lafões ou do Grilo.

You can hear anything happening at upstairs apartments, couldn’t sleep on the weekend because neighbors were up all night.

We stayed in the loft studio apartment and it was exactly as seen in the pictures. If I'm being really picky it could do with a shelf in the bathroom and hooks to hang towels but other than that it was exactly as expected. We were met on arrival by Karinne who was absolutely brilliant and didn't hesitate to give advice and help.

We knew the distance from the property to the city but that was OK as we were primarily there to see a gig at the Altice Arena and the property is roughly halfway between the arena and the city. An uber cost 6 or 7€ to either place and also about the same to the airport so not too bad but there are virtually no shops within a short walking distance, so as long as you've got provisions you'll be ok
