Location near airport only reason I chose hotel.

Floor was sticky. Rug was filthy. Desk clerk hardly spoke English and was unhelpful on checking.

NO VIEW WHATSOEVER😑 NOTHING BUT GRAY CONCRETE & A TALL PLAIN BLACK GLASS BUILDING ACROSS, NO BLUE SKIES VIEW THE RESTAURANT BELOW THE FOOD WAS NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT ESPECIALLY BEING SO PRICEY, NO OUTSIDE AREA FOR SUNBATHING OR SIMPLY LOUNGING "AL FRESCO" PARKING$$$😳

One of the valets is quite lovely. I stayed at this hotel for thanksgiving break, so I paid in full for my parking fee. However, the parking lot system seems to have some issues, it would not recognize my plate and ask me to pay the price every time I return or leave. One of the valets who works for the morning shift recognizes me, so I do not explain this situation again and again.

First, I booked a king-size bed, but they gave me a room with two queen-sized beds when I checked in. I returned to the front desk lady who worked that night and asked her to provide me with the room I had booked. She cut me when I spoke and told me the room she gave me (two queen-size rooms) was more expensive than the room I booked. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PRICE!!!! If I want that kind of room, I can totally afford it. Do not use that kind of attitude like gave me an alms. Second, when housekeeping cleaned my room, they did not refill supplies, such as facial paper, toilet paper, and one-time used cups.
