Location.
Booked room with 2 beds and at check-in, I was told that they booked everything else and only a room with one bed was available and that I would get a roll away bed for the same price.
They bring the bed after a long time and because the room is soooooooooo small, they have to move all the other furnitures to fit it.
After they were done, there was barely any room to go across to the bathroom.

The room furniture had a lot of scratches and dents, the mirror in the bathroom was showing several spotting in the filmant. It was holes in the sheets and pillowcases, and even make up eyeliner on the sheets. We were awakened the morning after we checked in at 6:30-7 by sawing and hammering consistently the floor above because they were remodeling. There were also people living as tenants in the hotel and we were told they were not tenants. There was no hotel parking we were told we had to go to the neighboring hotel and pay for parking every night we stayed. The hotel room felt like a motel or a red roof in not a Ramada!! Worse experience in a hotel I ever had.

Property is conveniently located near shops and many asian restaurants. There is a subway nearby also.
Room is very very small and cramped for its price. Bathroom and beds are very small. There was an unpleasant smell maybe from curtains or carpet. We have stayed before in the same property and that room was decent and its not carpeted. tiles looked so new maybe that room was renovated. Breakfast then and now was exactly the same so maybe they serve same everyday which is not good if you stay there for more than a day.

absolutely nothing. I’ve been to so many hotels but never seen anything like this.
very unclean, room bedsheets were ripped off. pubic hair in the room, very unclean, damp and mould walls and windows, very old hotel, breakfast is so bad, unfriendly staff

The location was great, close to all the authentic Chinese gourmet you'd hope to find in Flushing.
The size of the room is quite compact, and all the amenities look a bit vintage if you ask me.

Inside of room most the wood furnishings are looking very old and tear. The night lamp didn’t work at all tried
menu times to turn on light, but never worked. The units doesn’t have refrigerator or microwave, hot water on shower very hard to get it.

We really loved the view. We could see Manhattan from our room. And we loved being close the La Guardia Airport, and watching the planes land and take off. We enjoyed the variety of Asian restaurants close by. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the Subway and LIRR station. Was great to be within walking distance to a Starbucks. Our beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
Most of the reception staff were lovely and friendly- especially the ladies. The men were not so welcoming and often made no effort at all to acknowledge us as we walked past. We would have liked breakfast to be available a little later (some nights we were out late seeing shows on Broadway, or returning back to the hotel late after a tour eg to Washington).

Vicinanza alla metro che porta in circa 25/30 minuti a Manhattan.in un quartiere molto tranquillo e davvero particolare.colazione,anche se ripetuta per tutto il soggiorno,accettabile.
L’impossibilità di aprire anche minimamente le finestre e la presenza di moquette.non puliscono la camera se non su richiesta.

Did not try breakfast but the first day of stay. Not very impressed. Usually went somewhere outside of hotel for breakfast.

O quarto tinha um pouco de barulho no banheiro, mas depois parava. Apesar de ser longe de manhantan a linha do metrô é uma tranquila de se andar. O bairro tem bons restaurantes , shopping próximo e muitos mercados .
O banheiro no começo estava um pouco entupido para descer a água , porém depois funcionou.

Good location in Flushing near shops, restaurants and subway. Breakfast included was handy. Good view from room.
Would be nice to have fruit available in the breakfast. The room is not cleaned everyday. The room did not have a mini fridge or safe.
