Nothing really, we were a little disappointed with our room as we upgraded we thought it was like a standard room just with a sea view but the noise from the road was terrible even through the night we were woken up ,

Service was great & attentive. Personal & friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Room ventilation could have been better ... room was too hot at night even with the windows open. A bit a a walk if your room is right at the back.

Seaview which was great. Lovely bright room and friendly staff. Great shower. Good location and a nice restaurant.

Limited places to keep toiletries in the bathroom. Would have been great if the bed was a little bigger. Prices a little steep.

All of the staff were professional, attentive, friendly and welcoming. From the moment he met us, Simon the restaurant manager made my 96 year-old mother feel cared for and special. The location on the sea front is ideal and unlike many other hotels, the parking is safe, free and convenient.

There was nothing not to like.

Th Road traffic noise was very loud.

We enjoyed a night there, as we were working in the area. We were pleased that there was ample free parking too.

The lift was a big noisy when stopping at floors.

i was given a room overlooking the fire escape to the rear of the hotel, i suspect it was their worst room, clearly the the hotel wasn't full and a better room should have been issued, in my experience this happens a lot through booking.com. Shame.

Firstly...Staff are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Our sea viewr room was immaculately prepared. Felt as if we were the first people ever to stay in it. Bed was superb. I would like to say thank you to all at the kingsway for making our stay truly memorable.

Stayed at the Kingsway Hotel for two nights. The hotel is definitely worth a stay. The staff were fantastic, and nothing at all ,was too much trouble The facilities available are all of a high standard. And it's always a telling sign, when the locals visit the hotel, just to enjoy the cuisine, and a few sociable drinks, in the very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and surroundings, of the bar areas. I would like to give a special mention to Claire & Karl, who were both totally pleasant and fully professional. I would not hesitate to use the Kingsway Hotel, the next time I am staying over and visiting Cleethorpes . Many thanks Russ
