Ubytovanie veľmi dobré, raňajky veľmi pestré, blízkosť k turistickým trasám a lanovke a jazeru, široký výber vo wellnes, parkovanie pri hoteli
Lokalita je vo večerných hodinách pustá, preto by hotel mal ponúkať možnosť zábavy ako stolný futbal, šach, bowling, najmä. keď tieto aktivity má k dispozícií. V nedeľu tieto možnosti neboli a bola to veľmi negatívny skúsenosť.
Zároveň bolo sklamaním, že na izbe, na ktorej sme boli ubytovaní dvaja, boli k dispozícií len jedny hygienické potreby (odlíčovacie tampóny a čistitka do uší) a aj to len na jeden deň. Od 4* by sme očakávali vyššiu úroveň týchto služieb - telové mlieka, kondicionér na vlasy a iné, ako ponúkajú iné hotely, dokonca aj s nižším počtom hviezdičiek.

One thing in the Play Room - big roust boys on the trampoline - rude and should NOT have been allowed. We complained to the desk clerk and he banished them BUT they kept coming back!

Breakfast was great. I am intolerant to gluten and lactose, therefore I appreciated gluten and lactose free products on offer.
All staff members we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful.

It’s hard to find something we did not like but maybe there could be a simple coffee machine in the room. A nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel set, hair brush. Vatra club could have a bit more events for the guests it’s a bit dark place where not many guests want to spend time.

Location was good
Paid extra for lake view, but the room was on the 2nd floor with trees blocking the view. The requested double bed was 2 twins with a gap in between.
At breakfast , out of 3 juice machines, only 1 was working.

The property was nearly empty at that time of our stay, there were only a few guests witch I find as a big bonus. we spent a very lovely time there. The stuff was really friendly and kind they were ready to cope with every situation. Even the housekeepers were smiling and greeting us all the time.
From my point of view, there is nothing I can think about.
the fact that the hotel was hosting a congress with 500 people the day we were leaving was a little hit shocking so I’m really glad we didn’t experience it otherwise it wouldn’t be a pleasure for us I guess.

The location, top/ superior buffet breakfast…one of the best in my 40 years travel experience, cleanliness and best wellness / sauna facilities.
Drinking water not provided in the room nor coffee/ tea supplied with cattle, no creams hand nor body lotion and the room phone was not connected which in a 4+ Star Hotel is a necessity.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast and also the dinner (paid) were wonderful.

Staff seems to be unhappy, and not really willing to find solutions for little problems. No option to buy any food (not even small snack) after dinner time.

We liked everything, the view from our room where you can see the mountains, the wellness spa, the breakfast is very various. Near to the hotel is lake where you can take a wake in the morning :D

breakfast were excellent
room was nice and newly renovated
no smoking on the balcony should be strictly adhered by guests will be good. We kept smelling cigarettes coming from the balcony and had to shut our door which made our room hot and humid during the night.
