As new snowbirds, what we liked most: the one floor design, fully fenced back yard and within half a mile of three different and shaded dog walk properties (possum, trinity and mill hopper).

Great location, easy to stay in, if the house doesn’t have it; you can order anything easily. This is our 3rd use of property and we have more planned for future

Really nice and organized place to stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Retreat. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was very relaxing and a great spot for walks with our dog. The house was only a 10-15 minute drive to the UF campus. Jarred was a great host, contacting us during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. The house was beautifully renovated inside and well equipped with all that we needed for cooking, grilling, and entertainment. We look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice 3 bedroom home. It was the perfect size for us, our son and his family. The rooms were very comfortable, and we slept soundly. The kitchen is fully functional, though we didn’t need it, but we did make use of the fridge. The living area is spacious, which came in handy, as we spent most of one day there visiting with our family. Our host, Jarred, was very attentive and responsive. Definitely recommend and would go back.

Our family was in town for a wedding with 6 adults and 1 child needing room to dress and sleep comfortably for the 'festivities'. This house absolutely fit the bill ! The master suite is separated from the other 2-bedrooms by the livingroom/kitchen area and has it's own bathroom, sink and walk-in closet. It was big and bright and had plenty of room for all our suitcases. The other bedrooms are on the other end of the house. One of them has two beds in it which made it perfect for the family with the child. The kitchen had all the utensils and dishes we needed to make a morning breakfast casserole AND the house is just 10 min. from a Walmart for groceries and 5 min. the other way for a Starbucks. It has a nice big wooden table in the liv/dining room area where we could gather and talk. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that was easy to navigate...even in the dark when picking up late arrivals from the airport. All in all it was a Great Stay !

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very well stocked, clean and use of the garage was a huge bonus, as it rained for almost our entire stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Jarred’s place was exactly as described. VERY clean, comfortable (even the beds!), and perfect for a visit to Gainesville. The well-appointed home is in an excellent location on a quiet street. The space was thoroughly cleaned & the yard nicely landscaped. As a host, Jarred was very thoughtful, communicative, and assured we had everything needed for our stay. We will definitely visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We were in town for UF graduation and the space allowed our family, with extended members to stay together. It was an easy drive to campus. The beds were comfortable. There was also good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Jarred was a fantastic host with great communication.
