The location and home are fantastic. It is a short 30 min drive to the slopes. The amount of extras the host offers as typical amenities is incredible: charging cords, new lip balms, toothbrushes, cooking oils and seasonings, snack gift basket, seriously anything you may need outside your very personal items. The view of the mountains, the hot tub and the interior of the house are fantastic. We had 9 of us (3 of which are boys ages 9-12) in the house and each floor had its own sense of privacy and quiet. The game room was a lot of fun for all of us. It was a wonderful time with our family. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Our stay in Lara and Randy’s home in Cottonwood Heights was absolutely phenomenal! The house was perfect for our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing. The property was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we could possibly need and more for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent communication with the owners, Lara and Randy. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay, which made everything run smoothly. We really appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Additional highlights from our stay include the hot tub, game room, putt putt, the fully stocked kitchen, and the very comfortable beds. The location of the house was also great - we were close to skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Despite being in a convenient location, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a restful stay. Overall, we would highly recommend renting this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed vacation rental in the Cottonwood Heights area. From the moment of arrival until departure our vacation home experience exceeded all expectations in every category. Lara without question is the finest, most thoughtful and caring host our group has worked with in the 25 years we've been visiting Utah for our annual ski vacation. Simply the "best of the best"!

We have stayed at many vrbos and Lara and Randy have gone above and beyond to make their place truly your home away from home. They have thought of every touch to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone, hands down the best experience we have had.

What can I say about this home rental? This is the ultimate home away from home- if your home was a beautiful, modern, well-appointed ski chalet. This house is very close to the major resorts and yet still close to grocery stores and restaurants. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood where it seemed everyone had Christmas lights so I made it especially festive. The owners are considerate and kind and communicate beautifully. We were met with a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies which are kids were so thankful for when we got off the plane. There’s even a game room, extra toiletries in each bathroom, and all these little touches, like special towels for the hot tub, that made this place extremely special and unique. We have rented a lot of places on VRBO and this one by far is the best. There are no broken appliances or broken light switches, or uncomfortable beds, or anything like that that you typically experience in a home rental. Everything is very top of the line and well taken care of. The homeowners are not there to simply turn a profit - the are there to create a wonderful vacation experience for the people who rent this love home. A+++++. Will rent again!!

If I could search VRBO by host, I would for Lara & Randy. First time I've stayed at a rental house that felt like a hotel. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that anything you might think to ask for (or have to buy) at a hotel was available upon our arrival (toothpaste, robes, snacks, etc). Would definitely recommend.

This property has one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. It feels like the mountains are right in front of you. Enjoying the outdoor fire pit with majestic views was a one of the favorites of the stay. The home was decorated so eloquently and comfortable. Everything was impressive, relaxing and well taken care of. This home is worth a return for my group time and time again. Loved it!

This place was perfect and even better than pictured (if that’s possible)! Great location with amazing views! House was super clean with top notch amenities! Hosts went above and beyond with a very nice welcome basket (snacks and treats galore) and drinks in the fridge! Plenty of towels and linens as well as extras of anything you might have forgotten to bring along with you! Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and so helpful with directing us to places in the area. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and the hosts! Fantastic!! We will definitely be returning!!

My husband, son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home. The views are amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful. The house was clean and the check-in / check-out process was a breeze. The home owner has seriously thought of everything you may need to enjoy your stay. This house is awesome!! Great view, super clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the amenities you could ever need. We entered this house to light background music, appetizers in the refrigerator and a chilled bottle of wine. We felt so welcomed!! You will love this house. Nice big kitchen, spacious bedrooms with lovely bathrooms and a deck with a amazing view! Would definitely love to go back!

We very much enjoyed this house in the Salt Lake City area. We've rented many VRBO properties and this one was by far the most stocked--it had everything. The layout was fantastic for our 3 families as the 4 rooms were spread across 3 floors giving space to each family. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great with the 100 degree+ temperatures. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the game room downstairs and it seemed we were a short drive to all of the activities we did (zoo, aquarium, hiking, etc.). We did Lagoon one day, which was about 35 minutes away. The owners were incredibly nice and communication with them was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

We could not have been more comfortable or well provided for. Lara clearly loves to care for people and it shows in the way this property is kept. Not only was it so clean, that it’s hard to believe we were not the first guests, but they thought of EVERYTHING!! We were there for a week vacationing as a family. It became a game to try and figure out anything that was not provided (we didn’t find anything). And the quality of everything was over the top. Response was super fast for any questions we had. Such a beautiful view, safe and secure. Just a few minutes from restaurants and groceries. Just wow. We won’t stay anywhere else next time we are out there.

Lara was so sweet and everything was perfect. The house and view are beautiful. I have never stayed at an VRBO that has provided so much. Lara provided everything all the way from snack and drinks to shampoo,conditioner, loofah and toothbrushes. I would definitely recommend staying here .

I've been organizing small group ski trips for over forty years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The home is quite spacious and was very comfortable for our group of nine adults. There is plenty of personal space as well as large gathering places for group activities. The kitchen is well equipped and we were impressed with the neat and organized layout of the many high end kitchen tools and amenities. The heated garage with ski racks and boot warmers was perfect. Lara, our hostess and the owner of the home, was very attentive to our needs both before we arrived and throughout our stay. We loved staying here and plan to stay here again in the future. This home is close to ski resorts, restaurants and grocery stores and the Willow Creek Country Club is next door.

The location is fabulous and the house is plenty big for large family gatherings and easy access to everything you need in the valley. The owners are the best we have experienced in Vrbo. They communicate very well and fast. We will stay her many more times
