Poor quality breakfast. Microwave sandwiches. No keto options.

I personally love staying here but this recent time I did not stay. I was walked to another hotel, which was not comparable nor convenient. It created a situation that was not ideal. I was happy with the front desk team. They are very kind, but that did not make up for the fact that there were no rooms available for us after a long day and drive.

It being able to have a room available after a long day and drive. Not being comped a comparable hotel.

I like how everything was modern & up to date

The internet service seemed to be an issue so the tv streaming services weren’t good at all

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a TV in the bedroom I didn’t like that the bathtub was broken & I wasn’t able to give my daughter a bath. No extra trash bags HDMI on TV didn’t work so I couldn’t use my fire stick

Customer service customer service was the best called  front desk and never got an answer back after saying they had a contact the manager.  I mean my question was very simple. I just wanted to extra towels.

Unlike most hotels in the area that are right off the freeway, Residence Inn is located in the bustling section of Lancaster BLVD. Hotel seemed brand new. Excellent decor. Quiet and conveniently located.

Breakfast was not very good, but if you are in a hurry it does give you something to eat.

Our room had a smell to it. It smelled like burnt popcorn. I even purchased an air freshener to try and make it smell better but it did not work.

great suite that my girlfriend and I have stayed at around 10 nights total. we love the amenities that come with a suite and the smart tv with streaming. staff is great and friendly.

every time my girlfriend and I stay, our skin broke out in a rash that we thought was the sheets to which we began bringing our own. last time we realized it was the water. something untreated or over treated in the water causes our skin issues so this was the last stay we’d have here, sadly.

Charged three times for booking fee and not told about it ended up paying three times worth of my stay not suitable if you’re trying to stay in a budget
