We had a great time at your hotel. Ms Shawn took really good care of us. She made us feel like we were at home. And that's what made this stay a lot more special we had a comfortable room and the staff was amazing keep up the good work Ms Shawn is probably one of the best front desk personnels our team has ever dealt with. Great Job Ms Shawn.!!

Almost everything was alright the room was cozy, nice setup up with the desk and the T.V., the bed was really comfy the couch was nice and nice little t.v. tray, channels were good and the breakfast was to die for so amazing.

The bathroom had 3 bottles that were empty needs to be refilled or replaced, that's about it can't say anything else was bad,

The staff was horrible except for one front desk worker her name was Shawna, she was just a delight. The manager was terrible. Had a 2 1/2 delay to check in had no where else to go decided to stay. Next morning had to speak to the manager had no sympathy of my situation. Her associate had more remorse then she did. Felt like she just wanted to dismiss my experience made excuses that check in isn't guaranteed at 4pm. It all just sounded like she just didn't want to deal with me. Finally offered a 10% discount but by that point it just ruined the stay even worse. Other then that the room was very spacious. Loved that there was a stove and fridge was clean.

I didn't like that the picture showed the suite I booked have a bedroom and living room separated. What I checked into did not.

The breakfast in a bag. Disappointing.

The walls to the room were very thin. I could here other guest talking in there rooms. There needs to be more of a caution/warning that this is a PET FRIENDLY hotel,, including CATS., for those potential guests with severe ALLEGRIES. The rooms smell of cats and dogs. Management didn't seem to care when notified. Also the beds were very hard, extremely uncomfortable. Hard to leave early due to all these factors.

I like the location and the side access to the stars. Convenient and i loved the space on the rooms
