Pulizia, bagno e camera ben ristrutturati, appartamento completo di tutto e accogliente. Nonostante la vicinanza ai binari, non siamo stati disturbati dai treni. Fermata autobus vicina.

Good location, within 10-15 minutes walking of the centre/trainstation. Wifi works well, shower is nice.
The railroad next to the appartment is really loud, especially when you open the windows for some fresh air. The lights are a bit too bright for my taste. It would be nice if the (washed) dishes would be checked during the clean-up, because the crockery and pans were dirty.

The apartment is closely located to the train station that is a super helpful for visiting cinque terre. The bedroom and the toilet was clean. The price and the possibility to have a kitchen and a washing machine that worked perfectly during our stay.
The kitchen was not clean at all. The utilities were dirty and decided to get them into the dishwasher. Train passes right in front of the building like 10 to 20 metters from it.

The location is bad , there is no parking although it says that there is,when we called the owner they told us to park anywhere we could find even on the main road. It's RIGHT next to the train line and you could hear the trains non stop . The bedroom smells of mould and you can see the mould marks on the walls. It's not comfortable at all ... it's not clean...and you can feel the springs on the sofa bed . The only updated room in this property is the bathroom.

This is a very nice apartment with all the needed facilities! The location is great, 15 min by foot from the train station. Self check in, comfortable communication with a landlady. Very clean and tidy.
The apartment is quite old and I was concerned about super old electricity supply and wires. Some of the sockets need to be fixed, I didn't feel safe to use them unattended.

A spacious and clean apartment. Quite ok for the amount paid. The only inconvenience is the train that passes by and makes a lot of noise.

Exactly behind the apparment is the train, which will wake you up basically every time one passes by.

Easy walk to station to explore cinque Terre. Nice to get the washing done finally.

The host were very nice and let us do early check in to leave our things in the apartment
They had 2 TVs but no air conditioning and only one small fan, what was very bad in a hot summer day. In the night is was hotter inside the apartment than outside and since the were a lot of mosquitoes we had to choose between closing the windows and suffocating from the heat or leaving them open and be eaten by the mosquitoes. Then, when we finally could sleep, the train would pass almost every our and would wake us up... The bed in the kitchen was not very comfortable so we had a very bad night. The location is also not great to go to the port or to the city center.

In general it was all ok
All days we had to pass carbage of other people, previous clients. It was never picked up:-(
Further little unpersonal, never have seen owner or involved person.

Place wa Very spacious and had everything! Finally we were able to do some cooking and did our washing

The apartment was perfectly equipped, host was friendly and easy to communicate. We even could do our laundry there!

The bed was comfortable. It always had hot water. Access was easy, about 15 minutes from the train station.

Big kitchen, pretty well equipped. (buy I don't know why there was no vine glasses and wine opener ;).
Washing machine and dishwasher - big plus.
There was only one problem in this facility. Trains.
Outside the window is the main railway line. It was loud, especially at night.
