I like that we were right there by the beach, we had a balcony, the rooms were space apart, and the full kitchen. The restaurant downstairs wre good. Also, the Dollar General store that's wasn't too far about 5 minutes away, so you didn't have to drive 20 or 25 minutes to a different location and into town. But we didn't mine the drive.

Room 5709 1. Kids' bedroom tv did not work. Had to give them the tv in the master bedroom just for some light in the room at night. (Meaning only laps no lights on the ceiling) 2. Master king bed squeaks when laying in it to sleep. (Glad we had earbuds) 3. The little comforters on the beds are a little thin, but they did have 2 extra big ones in the master room closet. (But I brought our owe anyway) 4. The outdoor balcony chairs look nasty, and one was broken. Please let's update them. 5. Ask for extra towels because we use all of ours. But I was told they only supply enough for the amount of ppl staying. So we would have to rewash our own towles. So that was $2.25 to wash and $2.25 to dry, and I had to dry twice. I had to add the app on my phone to use the washer and dryer, with only a start at $5.00. So you can add 5, 10, 20, or 30 dollars, and if you want to just add $2.25, what you just needed, you can't cause the minimum is $5.

Location, the beach, heated indoor pool, restaurant on site, views

Very poor response to renter needs- everything from lack of pillows and washcloths, broken living room TV, poorly functioning patio doors, to difficulty with internet connection. Tv was never fixed in the 10 day stay, linens came day 6, patio doors checked on day 9 of 10 day stay. Pillows finally provided day 6. Managers blamed poor response on “local staff”. Local staff claimed that “no one told them” about the issues. Complaints and follow-up texts occurred daily between manager and renter throughout stay.

Spacious full kitchen quiet would loved to have stayed the week for the great Value

Located in 2nd floor, room was clean with amenities and walkable to Beach and kids loved it. Had a wonderful and pleasant stay experience for a family trip.

Bathrooms do not have Exhaust fans. Bunk beds are inconvenient as didn't get enough air circulation in room. Good for 4 adults instead of 6 adults.

I love the location and the easy access to beaches, pools and restaurants. The island grill was awesome and the staff there are amazing. I like the cleanliness of the property and the helpfulness of the staff.

I was not at all impressed with the specific unit I was assigned. Unit 5709 is completely outdated. I normally don’t complain about this kind of stuff but it is in serious need of renovations. We didn’t expect to need filters for the old coffee pot so thank goodness the for the grill downstairs where we bought coffee both mornings. There was no full length mirror, which would’ve been nice. I had to put the tacky fake plants away in the closet so I didn’t have to look at them because they were so ugly. I realize my complaints sound petty, but for the price I really expected something at LEAST a little nicer and more updated. I will definitely stay on the property again but I will opt out if it means staying in that particular unit again.

The location was great! We had everything we needed. The staff was great. Very beautiful location. We didn't mind the 13-mile drive to town. We would rather be away from the business of town. Worth the drive to and from town. We felt safe there too.

The room could use some updating. There were a few stains on the couch. New pillows would be good. The tub did fill with water, when showering. The door was a bit hard to close. Other than that would definitely stay again. Get a bigger room next time.

security needs work

The view was nice. The place was CLEAN.

The bed was VERY HARD AND EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. The pillows were FLAT. My husband left with a backache and he was irritable because of a lack of sleep. The televisions were too small. The sinks in the bathroom were sooo short. The sheer curtains at the sliding doors didn't give us much privacy at all. The flower arrangement on the huge dining table NEEDS to be replaced. The place NEEDS to be COMPLETELY updated!!!
