Accueil chaleureux, notre chambre offrait une très belle vue, la situation est bien pour des randonnées. Petit déjeuner suffisant. Salon sympa pour se détendre autour d'un verre, d'une cheminée (sans doute en hiver)
un peu isolé, du coup cela nous a obligé à changer nos plans de visites. c'est de ma faute, j'aurais dû mieux regarder le plan!

Fantastisk beliggenhet med mektig utsikt fra rommet. Veldig hyggelig betjening og engasjerte drivere av hotellet. Omfattende buffet både til frokost og til middag. God service og kvalitet på maten med tanke på cøliaki og glutenfri mat. Gode turtips tilpasset vårt behov denne dagen. Gode senger.
Behov for litt mer praktiske løsninger for garderobe på rommet, noe som driverne har planer om å videreutvikle.

This hotel is a gem. It has the most beatiful view, and is located next to a waterfall.

The hotel had a great, warm and cozy atmosphere with beautiful view into the Hjelledjalen valley. Quality breakfast and a buffet was also available to be bought in the evening. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was larger than I was used to, with cozy beds, but no TV. But there's really no reason even consider watching TV when the view through the window is amazing.
Location is a bit secluded, but that and the free parking makes this ideal especially for motorcyclists. The road to Fossbergom through Ornes has incredible roads and views. If you plan on visiting Geiranger, Dalsnibba, or the Urnes stavkyrkje in Ornes, I highly recommend staying a night at Videseter.

hands down the best stay of the trip. It's at the top of a mountain, next to a huge waterfall. the view is breathtaking.
We had a problem with our shower (no cold water) but have been given access to the shower in the room next door. The electricity went out - they brought us candles! The atmosphere was remarkable and the staff very attentive.
We slept very well.

Very good location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable beds, sufficiently equipped. Good breakfast.

Nice view from the window, next to waterfall so you can hear the sound of it
During the night was quite strong wind and windows were old to handle it so was blowing right trough windows to the room and they were shaking, breakfast was not tasty, the room was not clean enough (something was spilled on the ground next to the bed and it was not cleaned)
