Good location

TV remote and streaming services didn't work. Could hear noise from other rooms, and light spilling in from corridor.

Great location and well priced. Modern facilities in an older building. TV was large and casting from a personal device worked very well. Very good bathroom facilities. Room was clean. I was on the top floor (3) and noise was no issue.

I was supposed to be in a room with a window through an upgrade due to my Booking.com status, however this was not provided. When pointed out I was changed into the correct room. However this room had a large structural beam running on a diagonal at the end of the bed which meant you could only enter the bed from one side and limited movement around the bed/room. The room was not cleaned, nor were towels or mugs replaced throughout the 3 night stay, even with the card placed on the door. An indictor light on the mirror was very bright and lit up the room at night. The TV also turned on randomly throughout the night, waking me up due to the brightness. There was no forks/knives in the room. The bathroom is frosted glass which is ok when staying alone, but could be awkward if more than one was staying in the room. I wish hotels would stop doing this, but it seems common these days.

couldnt cast to the TV like the instructions indicated. the ucast app didnt run. the skylights couldnt open so room waas dark

We stayed here recently for a concert in Wellington. The price was so low I really didn't expect much. It was small and compact but really lovely, modern and clean! We were able to get parking at late notice also. It was really close to the city, and the staff were lovely. We will absolutely be back!

Unfortunately, there must have been a timer on the TV, and it turned on multiple times in the night.

Before booking the hotel, it was not made obvious that you needed to pay for a bond, that was the first hotel I’ve been to where I actually had to do that. It also wasn’t clearly mentioned that you had to pay $35 a night for on-site parking, you’d expect that for a hotel of that price it would be included. The check in process was also unnecessary long too. As for the room, it was passable if you don’t mind not having a window at all and don’t mind small spaces.
