I loved it! Property was great to us!

The views from the balcony were beautiful! The pool and jacuzzi were awesome! Food was good in the restaurant. The kitchen was well supplied.

The restaurant had limited hours.

We weren't acknowledged by the guard at the front gate upon our arrival. Our bracelets were no where to be found. They did not want to let us into the premise because they no authority to do so. When finally allowed we went to the front desk who then told us they had no authority to work with us or to help us. We had been given the code to the entry to the room by earlier phone call when requesting a damage deposit. So we went back to the guard gate and asked if would give us a parking permit and we finally convinced them to do so. Once unpacked and returned to pool area security told us we could not use the facility whatsoever other than to go to our room as we didn't have bracelets. I sent an email to management when they asked how our stay was going thus far. The manager called me back around 10:30 PM and advised me he misunderstood what we were attempting to tell him he not acknowledging his problem. He finally stopped talking over the top of me and listened to me. When he finally realized the error he said he would come to the hotel and ensure the bracelets will be ready by the following. morning by the AM. We needed to leave the facility to play golf at 8 am and the bracelets were still not available. During the day an email came from him indicating he did finally find the problem and was willing to extend us a free night. Awfully hard to fit in a free night when you've already used up the time allowed. We asked him if there might be another way to award us a free night later on and he said no. Finally arriving back in the hotel late afternoon after after much more conversation the guard did find the bracelets and we were able to use the facility. No apologies. No concerns from the staff. The staff at the hotel wanted nothing to do with us. All I can say to anyone who is attempting to use this facility buyer beware. The rooms were clean, the view was wonderful, the kitchen facilities were excellent, the remainder of the suite was average at best.

Since the moment we got their till we left everything was on point. Food, store and all you need around you, definitely enjoyed our stay to the MAX.

I'm in loved with the breath taking view from our room. Just to simply wake up and first thing you see is the ocean was the most beautiful experience.

The gym was nice and the view was beautiful.
