Such a perfect hotel in the sweetest CO town. Check-in is very cool and all remote! The rooms are beautifully appointed and the location is unbeatable!

I loved everything!

The location was ideal. The furnishings were antique and fun. Fast WiFi. Loved the coffee maker and the view from the room.

It's probably just me but, I don't like bathroom doors that slide instead of opening. Also, it was pure luck that we ran into the manager on the way to our room and he showed us how to unlock and lock the room ~ we would have never figured it out by ourselves.

No front desk or office. All communication was via text. Needed to know how to use the tv. There is no quick answer except waititng for a return text. I like a human.

The bed was super comfortable and the style is beyond cute! The owners were also awesome in finding and shipping back my friend's lost Kindle. The Inn is located in the heart of Buena Vista and lots of great stores within walking distance - as are some trails.

the locks on the doors do not work. we could not get in our room and the manager told us the Yale locks are temperamental and you have to jiggle them. we had stayed the night before in a hotel with Yale locks and they worked perfectly. it was so stressful to know whether we could get back in our room that we left the door unlocked.

The location is amazing, the design and decor of the building from the front door all the way to the room including the room is AMAZING. Stunningly beautiful and thoughtful. I would love for them to completely redecorate my house. The room was MUCH bigger than I thought it would be and their attention to detail was really incredible. The communication with the hosts was awesome. They were so responsive and attentive and kind.

The ONLY thing that was not perfect (because everything else was perfect) was the amount of noise coming through the floor from the restaurant below. They shared that they just spent six figures on noise mitigation and that it's much better than it was. We brought a white noise machine and it helped with that for sure but just don't be surprised by faint music til 11ish or so depending on the season.

Your auto system that sends out texts did not reach me. I arrived at The Inn knowing the code to the front door, but not to our specific room. I believe this was a text that was to be sent later closer to check-in time. I had to scramble to find the number to the owner. There was no live person to respond to our circumstances. It was stressful for my 13 y/o daughter who was becoming increasingly anxious about our situation. An employee who worked in the restaurant below The Inn happened to have the owner's number. I left message and the owner called back 20 minutes later. He provided the door code to our room over the phone.

Extremely noisy. We could hear our neighbors conversation word for word, could hear the tv next door until 2 in the morning, the insulating needs definite improvement, you can hear conversations on the sidewalk downstairs at 1 am. Fluffy, but very no -supportive pillows.

Just a charming room with beautiful decor and amenities. Great location in downtown BV to walk to restaurants and trails down the road. Very quiet hotel with nice views. Would stay again.
