Its a beautiful property the decor was amazing!

It wasn’t the absolute cleanest when we arrived.

No beach access, but only lagoon and pool

Me and my family loved the pool. someone came to clean it everyday.

I didn't like that there were ants all over the kitchen. The ants even managed to get into my 5 months milk as the lid on the box of baby milk kept popping open a little. The person in charge wasn't very helpful and would reply hours and hours later. The one time I messaged he got back to me quite a few hours later and sent some one just to spray ant killer and left. He was also told about the wifi and said he would go to the shop and get it sorted out for me but he didn't bother sorting the wifi out. Kept trying to person in Charge the same day and the next and then after 2 days with working wifi he sorted it out. Also the water in the shower and sinks would go cold as there's a water tank at the property so after so long the water goes cold and u can't wash ur hair properly and have a good shower. the property really isn't clean as the pictures. in the pictures the villa looks amazing but the cleanliness is not great at all. I have attached pictures where u can see ants all over the worktops. Very Disappointed as this had an affect on my stay and holiday.

Everything about the villa is fabulous. Very spacious and bright. Nicely furnished with all modern furniture and appliances. TV with majority of streaming services and very fast Internet. And the heated pool is amazing. You can enjoy a swim any time, day or night and the water will be just the right temperature you like. There is also a paddle board to use on the waters surrounding the artificial island on which the villa is located

I liked everything about the villa itself but the roads leading to the villa are still not fully paved and while you can swim in the artificial water ways around the villa, it isn't that nice.

nothing I liked about the property because the bad management company didn’t allow me to enter the unit in a different dates.

very bad management company, my wife and I were very sick and have Covid, I called them before our reservation, they keep delay their response till the first day of my reservation, then they said there is nothing to do, they told me chose to lose your money and put your family health in risk and check in on time. I chose our health. I also asked them to have only two days in the next week instead of my four days reservation but they told me I need to cancel and it is no refundable which mean lose your money and we don’t care. I also offer to gift my reservation to someone and they rejected because the name doesn’t match in the reservation. I was very flexible all way but they always have the rules and policies. I lost over $1400.00 and this what happened to me don’t let this happen to you. life is short so don’t stress you self over this place and don’t even plan to book this unit.
