The place once you get there is very nice quiet confortable. Great shower. Very clean.

The staff did not comunicate with me how to enter.until i called them. Sent two or more messages via booking with no response. The fact that the place is 3rd floor with no elevator was not so clear from the add. (Could be my mistake). And finally I booked for two one adult and one child a d had towels and breakfast only for one person! The curtain was partly broken

The room was very beautiful with the furniture and lams but I did miss a closet because I have stayed for 12 nights. The bathroom was also nice with big shower.The terrace on the rooftop was eye-catching because of the view. It was clean at the beginning and the sheets and towels were changed every 3rh day.But only that...During our entire stay the floors haven't been cleaned not even once. The building is situated in the center,on a small street but they did forget to mention that it is on the 4th floor, without elevator so you do have to carry your luggage on the stairs and you do have to consider an old building in Italy with high ceilings.

Everything was very stylisch and well organized. The size of the bathroom and shower ist perfect and the terrass is also very big. We liked the details about zannetti and made us visit the shop in anzio and in rome, it‘s beautiful!

When we booked we didn‘t notice that it was just a room and not a whole apartment, but eventually we were happy how things turned out.

The entrance and stairs up to the rooms is not that nice. But it is a big positive surprise when you enter into the apartment with the rooms.

The place is amazing I loved it but you will definitely need someone to help you to get inside of the building.

We stayed in Anzio a couple of nights before catching a ferry to Ponza. Location was spot on, very easy to find, right around the corner from the main square and short walk to the ferry port. Don't let the entrance to the building fool you...once you make your way up to the third floor, you are met with beautifully decorated rooms and a welcoming feel. Our rooms where the perfect size and the terrace on the top floor is lovely.

Very clean, comfortable, modern facilities and decorated with character. Great location. The terrace was awesome with a nice view. I wish we had been able to stay longer to really enjoy it.
