We had a problem at the beginning (no table in the dining room and a few other issues) and the staff quickly moved us to a better apartment. They were understanding, efficient and polite. The view from the new property was fantastic and we also had a washer and dryer, which helped a lot because we were five people. Thank you!
The new apartment was perfect, except for a missing remote control that prevented us from being able to turn off the fan in the master bedroom. Also, the apartment was a bit pricey, but I guess you pay for the luxury of the view and privacy in one of the most beautiful beaches of St. Thomas!

Location to the beach
The property is totally dilapidated and run down. Location to the beach is only postive here. Rooms need maintenance. Shower is broken and water is cold. Pool area is broken and no bar ofcouse! The room smelled like mold. The handshower broke Teo e. There are so many damage in the property. Beds are uncomfortable and makes squeaky noise. We barely could sleep.

Location was great, common area facilities were good. I assume you were still building back from hurricanes but that is understandable. The beach was well maintained.
Our room had a strong must odor that we could not get out of the room. We left both ceiling fans on and the screen doors open all day and it was still musty. My son has allergies so that was not helpful.

Love the location! Everyone was courteous and friendly, food at the Beach Buzz coffee shop and bar was delicious!
They could use a new mattress in our room, and we did not have hot water in the shower.

We loved the location and being able to just walk right out to the beach for snorkeling and swimming. We also liked the pool and the beach bar within easy walking distance. It was very easy to get a taxi too!
The office wasn't obvious for check-in so we wandered a little before finding it.

Not clean. Floor was dirty and there were a small cockroaches in the bedroom. Room was a bit dated.

The location is very good, close to town and very nice beach. The room was perfect, with a covered area facing the beach and direct access to it.
There is no restaurant in the facilities, only a beach bar with limited service. No room service either.

The unit needs a major make over/ upgrades for the price. We were without electricity from 2am to 1130am our last day it was extremely hot!

They only had a little coffee shop. But it was nice
The bed was very uncomfortable. The fan didn't work, toaster didn't work. Not z real restaurant there wasn't a big choice of food and they closed way too early. 6pm

There was a beautiful ocean view!
It felt like the resort hasn’t been kept up for years. The pool area was scary and had an unsafe feel around the buildings. The walls were very thin, and when we were on the deck we could see and hear through the privacy wall.
