The property is located just below a motorway and next to a train track with little to no sound insulation. Room very small and there was no soap in either the bathroom or the in room sink. I left to get some dinner and on return found I was locked out. There was no explanation from staff that this would be the case or how to get back in. Thankfully some other guests were leaving and able to let me in.

Underrated hotel, I did get the smaller room with separate private showers, but I saw the other rooms they look really really good. I would advise an upgraded room which would still be of great value.

Staff are nice.

The restaurant was close on the day of arrival.

- My boyfriend arrived earlier and checked us in. The receptionist told him I need to call them at my arrival. I came at 23:30 (official check in till 00:00). The main door was locked, nobody was answering my calls, my boyfriend wasn't able to open the entrance door with the room key... Fortunately he found some back entrance which was opened, nobody told him about it at arrival...I had to sneak in trought the garden.... - The bed was uncomfy - You can hear everything from the corridor and from the outside. Since the hotel ist near the railway and 50m from a bridge it was very noisy

The room was clean, and inexpensive. The restaurant was pretty good. The staff were great, super friendly and helpful.

Room (which is not decorated whatsoever, just white walls) comes with only one light, an extremely bright ceiling light. No lamp on the nightstand. So if you want to read a book in bed, it’ll feel like reading a book in a solarium. You’ll have to get out of bed to the door to turn off the light, and stumble back in darkness. Also, the hotel was extremely noisy / poorly isolated. You’ll get to enjoy a quite a bit of restaurant-related noise. And you’ll also hear everybody in every other room. The next morning, when I wanted to get some breakfast, the breakfast room was locked. There was only one person around (the breakfast cook?), and she didn’t know how to open it. If I could wait half an hour. Really, I was under the impression the hotel had just (re)opened, and everybody was still trying to figure out how to even run a hotel.
