I paid for. 1 bedroom room 109 and had to text and call for code. I used the code and opened the door to a room that had trash on the floor and bed un changed and unmade. The representatives did not help and never called back and I finally spoke to site manager who said the back end never called. I was given a different room that was a studio which was comfortable but less than I paid for. I was never called back at all.

the lady at the desk wasn’t very helpful and right after she told us to call to check in early when she knew we had to go to a funeral she left leaving us there to wait for over an hour and half

I liked absolutely NOTHING about this property. There are NO pleasantries to explain.

EVERYTHING was WRONG! Starting with the fact that we left our dogs at home because the booking says ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Then when I got my confirmation I was NOT given an access code. I had to call twice to get it taken care of. The answering service has HORRIBLE customer service. We then were provided with the WRONG Wi-Fi connection information so we had to call AGAIN to get the correct information. We were also given a SINGLE bed when we booked a QUEEN bed. When we talked to the answering service, they told us that there were NO OTHER OPTIONS and could not fix our issue. My husband ended up sleeping on the "pull-out couch" That was IN FACT plywood wrapped in fancy vinyl. It was hard as a rock and only large enough for a child to sleep on. After calling 30+ times we finally got in contact with the property manager who issued a refund, but that refund went to BOOKING.COM. AND NOW WE ARE TRYING TO GET BACK IN CONTACT WITH HER BECAUSE BOOKING.COM IS IN NEED OF A WRITTEN LETTER FROM HER IN ORDER TO GIVE US A REFUND... I DONT RECCOMMEND THE VISTAS OR BOOKING FOR THAT MATTER. THIS HAS BEEN A HEADACHE FROM HELL AND IM FED UP!!

Staff communications

Great location. Great staff and maintenance. No noise disturbances. Adequate furnishing. Nice size bedroom and bathroom. Appliances worked well.

The pull out couch did not have a mattress, so it was unusable. I was informed the television would be equipped with Netflix. It was not. The bedroom television would not turn off, with/without the remote. This is after it was fix by maintenance. I just unplugged it for the duration of my stay. Not a bad option. As a traveler I expect better accommodations for what I paid. Communication with host feels automated. No follow up was done.
