Loved everything about it!

Exceeded our expectations by staying in the “Cottage” which was a self contained apartment. nice touch of a bottle of wine on arrival in our apartment. super comfy beds and plenty of toiletries. Good selection at breakfast and four you could ask for things like an omelette if you wanted to.

Everything was lovely but the spa was a particularly nice surprise.

Breakfast was excellent. The cappuccino, fresh fruit and bakery items.

No hand rail for the stairs to our room.

Breakfast was a little lacking in protein choices. Sweets pastries were plentiful and delicious.

The public areas were beautiful and staff remarkable snd helpful. lots of steps to get there but it’s Lisbon. 7 hills! spa nice.

The room was spacious and well appointed with art and comfortable furniture and bed. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet style with fresh fruits, cheeses, breads, delicious croissants, yogurt and granola, toast, etc. Espresso and coffee was served by staff. Eggs cooked any style as ordered. Exceptional. Staff were exceptional. Special call out to Marcia who was especially gracious and helpful.

Location is perfect for excellent bars and restaurants close by. There is no issue with noise at night for the location. Breakfast is fresh, lovely choice, served with a smile and more than ample to start the day with. Jacuzzi room has lovely view across the city. There are some stunning restaurants very close by. There are beer bars and a lovely “little wine bar” also just around the corner(s)! Excellent location to explore the city from. Staff are very efficient, polite and always happy to help.

Nothing to not like about the hotel or staff at all. The only thing that wasn’t 100% for us: The air con in the room didn’t seem to be able to cool the room down even after it was looked at a couple of times. It was probably just our room? It’s a minor gripe as travelling in October meant it was not too hot and we could open the doors and also slept with the door open to the balcony for cooler air. Would have definitely been an issue in hot summer months but I’m sure it would be “fixed” in future to ensure a comfortable stay. Pretty sure this would not be an ongoing issue.

Breakfast is great- very fresh products. Not much options on the buffet but there was just what we needed. Rooms are very big and very comfortable. Hidden little gem in Lisbon!
