The location and the exceptional views!

Honestly, everything was perfect!

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind super. Das Appartement befindet sich direkt mit Aussicht auf den kleinen Strand. Es ist gross genug für 4 Personen. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Bar/Restaurant darunter hat ab mittags bis spät abends geöffnet. In Fussnähe sind bewirtschaftete Strandbuchten. Es gibt an der Promenade zahlreiche Lokale in Fussnähe.

Da das Appt direkt über der Bar liegt, ist es nachts lange lauter. Hinten raus ist das Schlafzimmer ist etwas ruhiger. Bei 4 Personen wird im Wohnzimmer ein Doppel-Klappbett aufgeklappt. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer. Eines neu, das andere ok. Es gibt nur 1 Dusche. Es fehlt an Aufhängungen für die Badetücher in beiden Bädern. Es fehlt an Kaffeebechern und Besteck. Die Küchenausstattung gehört aufgestockt. Die Couch, die Zierkissen sind schon abgenutzt und wirken daher schmutzig, obwohl das Appt an sich sauber ist. Bei der tollen Aussicht sollten die Fenster sauber sein. Beschattung fehlt.

the location is great, so close to the beach. good beds, bathroom and kitchen were also well furnished. 2 people sleep in the living room on a bed that folds into a closet during the day. The owners were great and accomodating.

it was low season. i imagine the bar terrace on top might be noisy during high season? it was not when we were there.

the view CANNOT be beat. it was beautiful. the kitchen was very very well equipped and the living couch was super comfy. big big comfy bed in the one bedroom. plenty of towels for bathroom and beach. beach paddles were a great addition :)

I probably read the description wrong but this was not a two bedroom place. the 2nd bed is a Murphy bed in the living area. so keep the in mind. - the one and only shower overflows quite easily so we had to shower with low pressure or turn off water between washing and rinse. - speaking of the shower, you can see through into it from outside the bathroom. creative art but not good if traveling with in-laws! - internet was super weak. you could have one device on at a time. and if you stream something on the smart tv it takes a while to load and expect zero wifi for anything else during that time.

INCREDIBLE VIEWS & amazing location

there are bars immediately below and above the flat. The construction is very nice but they didn’t soundproof so you hear people having drinks and partying until around midnight, the movement of chairs banging around, etc. In the bedroom, you hear the flushing of water like it’s in the same room (from the bar above), and the buzz of some sort of machinery (from the bar above, I suppose) ALL NIGHT LONG. I was really excited to stay here and it could have been great, it just wasn’t. If it had been 100€ x night, I wouldn’t be leaving this review, but it was 189€. Not worth the money in my opinion. I hope they make some changes and the place would be a 10/10.
