Location is just two blocks from the Mayo Clinic! Really clean room with lots of light (floor to ceiling windows)! Everything looked brand new! Great breakfast and an awesome coffee shop in the hotel! Indoor heated garage. Really impressed with this property!

Very modern, rooms were comfortable, staff were nice, surprisingly there was a kitchenette, tv was personalized with my name on the screen, and loved the underground parking during a snowstorm. Great breakfast!

When arriving, parking was confusing with a large “P” sign yet no way of knowing how to access. The hotel shuttle bus blocked the entrance for cars to check-in so the some people checking in had to park in front of the garage entrance and a line of caravan had to wait to enter the underground parking.

The location and the room was very nice.

The noisey people the were in the room above mine.

Room was very very nice and clean also! But a bit priceyfor a one night stay for Mayo appointment.

The booking was deceiving. It stated a pool and a restaurant/bar. I was told not at this location after I had check in! Some staff seemed stressed.

The price we were there for mayo appointments and was hoping there would be a better discount for that.

Facilities, location in relation to hospitals

Since I stayed there last year the service including room cleaning and refill i.e. Coffee was NEVER refilled, has dropped a bunch. Washing machines were not working all except one. They charges 15 dollars per day for parking the car but told me it was complementary when I arrived.

The staff was very helpful. The location was prime.

The front desk was very busy at times and the elevator was confusing.

The room was very clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. The daily breakfast was most appreciated and was very good. The facility is a close walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. The staff is excellent.

The only downside for us was perhaps the parking garage. While it is nice to have our car out of the elements, the parking spaces are a little tight.
